I understand, however invite only sessions are sorta restrictive in some ways..if Rockstar will just release one single patch to do a mass sweep, and clean out the accounts of those lunatic degenerates called modders, griefers and those who use Godmode for nefarious activities. GTA online would be a better enjoyable PVP game it once was.

@@Mark-nq1bo Rd2 is nothing compared to gta 5 online for public lobbies. When I did play rd2 online, I was only griefed no more than 5 times. A lot of players will look like they're going to shoot you but they're just getting ready just in case you're going to shoot them. I played probably the same amount on both games except public lobbies in gta 5. 1/3 of public lobbies in gta 5 have at least one person who just wants to ruin people's day for their fun. I also noticed in rd2 online the players are more willing to help you. So when I was playing and saw anyone in need of help, I'd always help them. Some people I encountered in the past, I'd message them if they want a legendary pelt. That's the huge difference between the two games. I don't play much rd2 online anymore because I basically have everything. One more thing to add is if you notice a difference in griefers, see if that game became available to play for free. Like gamepass.

I actually like grinding more now that I have businesses, as far as the modders I just play in invite only lobbies for the most part

I get blown up for absolutely no reason, so back to invite or friends lobby. Kind of sucks, cuz its fun to show off your cars or drive around and see the cops chasing other players. It gives it such a more realistic feel, but some a hole has to blow me up for nothing lol Too bad all the players who honestly play in invite only cuz can't all play in same lobby and just chill. Not fkn w each other.

I've had people appear in my invite only. Was playing and a community event turned up. I'm like wait how is that possible. I bring up the people in the lobby. And there's 3 people other then me in there. I messaged one and asked how did they get into the lobby it's invite only. Sadly they didn't reply

Here in Canada, GTA+ is $14.99/month, which is absolutely insane, tell me why I continue to spend $70 for a 13 year old game where everytime I play I risk my entire livelihood and on top of that, I have to now pay a monthly subscription for a game I already paid $70 to $100 on, plus I bought the criminal enterprise pack. this is beyond greed at this point especially after the release of the trilogy. it feels like Rockstar is being run by people with the brains the size of a toddler's fist since Sam & Dan left. No wonder why Lazlow quit.

Havent gotten griefed since we could sell in Invite only and closed friend servers Man the peace is great. Especially if you got 1 or two friends on witcha.

Why can't they make a lobby just for griefers? I started playing inviite only lobbies because it's very annoying trying to grind the game and players just attack you for no reason. I don't attack anyone unless they attack me and then your stuck in a nonprofitable battle which usually ends up leaving the lobby.

They sort of do its called Bad Sport lobby but not sure what it really takes to get there. No griefer is going to willingly go to a lobby just for griefers becuase the typical griefer needs to go after low level players they know they can beat. If they were interested in a fair PVP, then they would find players of equal value that want to PVP. A griefer is a bully that needs weak people to pick on.

Even wen u do missions with randoms and after the mission finished u will get ppl try to kill u ,so dnt even bother doing missions with anyone unless friends anymore ,public lobby can be fun till u get someone just keep killing u for no reason ,I’ve only been playing nearly a year ,seeing all this im glad I dnt play on pc

@@donna223_gta you are soo right, I was doing the "Humane Labs Raid : Valkyrie" earlier today, one of the crew member I found from public lobbies to assist and help me with the heist for unknown reasons, during gameplay started shooting at me, and using her annihilator car to destroy my Kuruma, It was fun in the begining however that bitch really pissed me off, so I kicked her lol!.

I'm guessing this problem sucks the most on PC... But you can't leave us Hazard... Either way, I'm staying subscribed...👍

You know i wouldn’t be surprised if those websites who do gta mods like adding money to your account and adding vehicles turned out to be a rockstar employee doing it all

Rockstar should hire a team of IN-GAME (like the 5m mods that moderate the servers) "devs" that can ban accounts that are cheating, I dont see how this could be a loss for Rockstar.. (unless they dont want to dish out the MONEY!!) worse case scenario the cheater has to buy another game and additional boosted/mod account if they choose so (it seems like rockstar dosent mind the mod creators getting money off the mod account anyways). Games were 3-4 £ on my commodore 64 ha ha coz they thought at time there was no money in it,coz arcades etc.alot ppl(fans too)have helped spoil all this,agreeing too pay 4 everything.no way

As a new gta5 player it seems impossible to buy anything in game without buying a shark card. Especially since I work at my real job typically 60+ hours a week. I just want to have fun on a game, not work it like a second job.

Great video, I’m still loving GTAV but I’m only playing 1-2 hours a day, kinda like you said. I’ve run into some great modders and of course some not so nice. I use a VPN, so I don’t really worry too much. I just started playing on PS5 too, so grinding away there. Thanks for the video

My experience with GTA Online is not the modders. It’s sometimes the monthly updates that ruin old strats. My brother and I found such a good strat in Cayo Perico and because of rockstar “fixing” the issues with the NPCs, they made the NPCs even more difficult. They can alert the base while dying, without saying a word or even without firing a single bullet. I usually play on friends only sessions to avoid modders.

I kind of wish there was a way to disable the mods which hurt or trap players, I’m fine with mods which like add quality of life features like health bar %,the fast travel/ teleport mod or something along those lines

Ever since I started GTA online approx 21 months ago, I learned quickly how toxic public sessions were, so a few friends and I play and have played in closed sessions. STILL don't have an avatar body adjustment like you can with the facial features. That would be a nice addition to the game. One friend was using a mod menu mainly to stop others from hacking his sessions. otherwise, he never used any modding for money gains. we always grinded for ingame currency. there were some hilarious aspects of the mod menu he used and we rolled laughing at what happened. I personally never liked the modding as it always seemed to mess with the session connection itself. I still enjoy playing the game, even though many times I was completely by myself during play. I appreciate your vids. you speak very well and give good descriptions, etc. for the content. keep on trucking :)

Tbh I kinda stopped caring about GTA Online a long time ago. I already got my LD Organics van from the hundreds of contracts and hits I've done. I just wanna ride my van down Vespucci Beach and not grind anymore.

Honestly unless your bored and want to do PvP or selling for the public lobby bonus just go to private session lol…. Its really not that big of a deal…. We got a long time till GTA 6 so use those 2 hours a day and just have fun lol

Been used to playing alone that selling alone and defending against griefers isn’t an issue. Sometimes you just got to know when to change lobbies, even if they resort to trash talk.

Buying GTA 6 on day one is crazy considering it took years to make GTA Online a decent experience for me. Not to mention “Day One release = I’m paying Rockstar to game test their game for bugs”. It’s time to play a list of games I never gotten around to before even bothering with GTA 6.

I had plenty of fun playing GTA over the years and spent no money to play ever. The fact the they added so much content over the years for a game I bought over a decade ago was cool, I’m more than satisfied and still play sometimes.

Easy fix: PLAY IN AN INVITE ONLY SESSION WITH YOUR FRIENDS, OR PLAYERS IN GENERAL THAT YOU TRUST. NO ONE ELSE.

Like Ive said before, Rockstar went from one of the most beloved game companies to one of the most despised due to one thing....greed! When i saw how they werent concerned with releasing any proper GTA V story dlc, missing out on such a great opportunity with iconic characters, I knew they had changed. They have sold their soul, just like most game companies. The focus is on milking as much cash as possible from players, and not on making the best gaming experience possible.

This is why I play in friends or ivt only lobbies I just wish they would add those for rdr2

Me and my friends only play invite only, almost every time I spawn into a public session after launching GTA 5 Online there are modders harassing everyone, like teleporting everyone to a building, forcing them to all go outside at the same time then blowing them up to boost their KDR. Luckily for me the only modder that effected me just made my level rank up by like 30 i'm glad my cash is entirely legit though. If it wasn't for the Cluckin Bell glitch I wouldn't have bothered playing, it's a stupid grind and there's no real point since public sessions are full of cheaters so you can't even really enjoy meeting people and playing with them most of the time without the risk of being banned because some modder/hacker drops cash on you.

Sorry to hear that, as for the game issues, just don't play in public sessions, log straight into invite only as most do now..I don't and won't go near mods or modders, no worth the stress..

This is why you are the best Rockstar KZreadr! I fully agree with everything you said, I haven't played the game on PC though since I don't want to deal with all of that. I'm lvl 800 something but I'm tired of the game, it's too repetitive, the game has aged so much and the controllers feel untolerable in 2024.

People swear those mods aren't on consoles, but people still go in god mode. They'll also be in an auto aim lobby yet you have to free aim when you fight back with them, I recorded someonenthe other day floating around the sky in a sales truck..etc etc. All on series x. The cluckin bell thing i could only get to work on my ps4 account where you do the last set up then the heist evey time but either way the heist has a time limit,but i like it as a solo player that just started my p4 account like 2 months ago its really helped.

For me it was the griefing and the pricing of stuff. Griefing can lead to some fun interactions but not with modders. Its not fun farming a business only to have your entire stuff destroyed by a modder when you did nothing to that person. The second point, pricing, is just out of hands. I saw a while ago they did reduce some of the prices but its still kinda nuts. Just takes a massive grind for a new player to get to that stage and he has to be really really lucky in most lobbies to not get griefed.

I heard the "feels like a job" excuse 6-7 yrs ago, before the Casino Heist DLC. The game has never been so easy to make money in as it is now, there's no excuse when you can average a mil an hour if you play 2-3 hrs. Obviously not on a brand new character, but building your stats is more important on a new character than driving the newest cars and flying the most expensive jets, that'll all come easy after a few weeks of learning how to make money. Cheating/glitching is the reason the economy is so screwed up., there's always been shark cards, so that's not the reason. Sure, shark cards make them money, but if it was all about shark cards we never would have gotten the Casino Heist or Cayo Perico DLCs, or warehouse/hangar workers.

Wish i remebered the video but someone did a video a few years ago talking about the gta economy. They pretty much need hackers and glitchers to buy all the new cars and stuff to grief the new players so they feel they have to buy shark cards to compete. They try to do a "mental state" and threaten with bad lobbies but encourage other players to greif you while your doing deliveries. They will fix money glitches but do nothing to modders. The opressor mk2 really made the game unbalanced for new players or people that cant afford the 8 mill. You ever do delivery missions with mk2 camping your spawn while his friends fly your supplies back? I played gta when it first came out its always been a ridiculous grind for nothing and most people that actually grind the game know shark cards are the reason for all of this.

That's why I go into a friend's only session all the time

Recently on pc I went to play, it was taking forever to get in a lobby, when I got in my rank, money and items were rapidly appearing, I got out and when I got back in game I went up 8 or 9 levels, had like 500,000 dollars and clothing items that I think are reward items for doing stuff. I was only in the lobby for like 10 seconds. I’m like wtf?!

I have bought gtav 6 times and only 4 times for myself and always the disc version. The reasons why are one because i obviously needed one for the ps4 twice for friends that didnt have the money and once because my lady was mad and thought breaking my game was something needed to do during her anger 😳🙄🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I play for hours everyday still, and at least half of that is public lobbies. I use a mod menu for defense and to help others who are getting bullied by toxic modders. I have a good group of people to play with and we just basically play to do car meets together.

Meaningless grind. A lot of times it’s at least 1 to 3 times a month between times I play GTA 5 . It got better for a short time when they released the Auto shop.

I got a bunch of friends that I’ve talked out of buying gta just bc I told me it’s not worth it at this point . All you would do is grind. And it’s not even the same game that I’m playing

i will say this, as of lately on pc i have seen lots of people getting kicked for modding as the game tells you in the bottem right corner. hackers still exist but it seems 90% of them are gone or get kicked quickly.

The cheaters, that mostly use mod menus, are what has really ruined the game. It seems like they're the only ones playing the game anymore, all of them trying to frantically kill and ban each other with their opposing mod menus. When a legit player comes online it's like throwing a hot dog in a den full of wolves.

Inflation is really hitting GtA online and that also part of the reason I stopped playing. If you pay close attention some of the removed vehicles that come back every now and then through Legendary Motorsport, etc still carry a decent price tag, even in the 5 digits at times.

Is there a mod menu for Xbox series x

and another cost is for playstation (im not sure about xbox ) you still have to pay 10-56 or so dollars for ps plus subscription to play online games

Invite Only lobbies are pretty much the ONLY way to enjoy the game anymore.

An hour a day is 7 million a week cayo. The yacht is 10 days tops. Which isnt that bad honestly cause it doesnt earn you money so its the retirement purchase for many characters

I still enjoy RDO and knocked out Sergio Vicenza just for the fun of it, and played for about an hour today. GTAO? Haven't touched it since the chop shop update. When I have more times to play video games it likely won't be GTAO. The Witcher 3 is at the top of my list.

Paying to play online just adds insult to injury. Remember when PlayStation network was free? Soon we will be paying to play the game itself monthly as well.

Second Life has been dealing with these issues since its inception off its beta testing. Next month it will be 21 years old. As to your servers comments, Second life has approximately 31,000 regions with its own server to each. So that is 31,000 servers as of a report last month on the SLs server architecture web page. Plus redundancy backups. o.0 SL switched over to AWS (Amazon Web Services) a few years ago. It took took quite a bit of time to switch every region over but they did it. Perhaps GTA needs to look at SLs model for reference to make a safer online grid model. Cheers

That's why I use console for RDO and GTA V. I tried RDO on PC and it was a disaster, some a**hole blowing me up for no reason and then ran a DDoS or something similar when I just ignored him and switched lobby a couple of times--went back to PS4. All I wanted to do is play RP and some mods.

RDO on PC you can install a Mod that ensures you get a Private Lobby and you secure your lobby with a password (It's all done transparently in the back ground, you just login to the game and every single time your in your own private lobby). If you give your password to your friends (that you trust) they can install the Mod and use the same password and then all of you will always be in the same Private Lobby. FYI

i got a free mod menu just to make gta fun. can join solo online sessions and turn godmode on if i have too. also money so i can buy whatever I want. thats pretty much all you need other modders ruin it for everyone

I haven't played GTA online in over 10 years.. soloing is the best way to play GTA Online.. this is why I don't play RD2 because it don't have a private lobby..

after 4 years on my current account I got sick of the grind and spending more than I was making so I installed a mod menu just to give myself a cash boost and deleted it again

This is the reason I play solo in invite only lobbies. That, and I don't have any friends. LOL The only thing about the game I find annoying is the DLC characters calling all the time while I'm on a mission. Guns or nothing else works when the phone is ringing. Why can't I turn the stupid phone off, at least while on a mission? I don't even have a phone in RL because they are so annoying.

Ive bought 5 copies of GTA: 1 ps3, 3 ps4 and the ps5 version. Ive played probably 2000-3000 over the time of game. I have about 107 million of legit money, but its starting to get BORRRRRRRINNNNNNNG!

Thanks for watching man! Itsd still a very fun game but its tough to not get demotivated by the grind part of it if you have big money goals

I remeber accepting some free money from a modder once he then started talkin about bitcoin an asked if i had a paypal account .. I just swiched lobby an moved on , but that could have led to a scam or worse then you see newer players asking modders for money stay safe people !

Well if anyone has learned anything take a look at Helldivers 2 and that community literally almost all the players stop playing when Sony pulled BS and scammed hella people out of the game basically and made a stupid requirement to link psn account they all went against Sony and what do you know? Sony caved and made it right. Same thing can be done with Rockstar if enough people gathered together and stopped playing the game it’s a little to late now to do anything but i don’t doubt rockstar will pull some nonsense with GTA 6 and maybe then everyone will rise together to make rockstar cut the bullshit

I put the game down for good until GTA 6. It’s just not worth playing anymore, grind for what? For it to be for nothing when next GTA drops next year. All the grinding is pointless at this point in time. Not only that I don’t go into public lobbies due to assholes always wanting to destroy things. The games been dead and they are just squeezing any money they can out of people, it’s sad.

They can fix everything but this and that is annoying they need to fix this issues

At this rate they gonna make you pay for story mode missions, 2 dollars for a replay lol😂, let’s hope they don’t make us pay for story mode content don’t put us behind a paywall
