I was initially skeptical of the gameplay when first heard of this hack from a discord server I'm in, but holy heck did Tatsu redeem himself.

My honest thought pharaoh Man fight cameo: Wait, Search Snake? Pfft, Snake Man is a snake after all so- OH GOD SUNSTAR But really, it's good to see him with color.

Man seeing sunstar made me wish that Puresabe would make a MMWV hack also, “Unique Harassment”? that title is quite ingenious

No hack has made me so hype at the title screen alone UNTIL NOW

Pharaoh Man's LoZ music is great and very fitting.

This soundtrack is giving me chills! Tatsu has amazing taste in music!

I like how you paused in the intro to let the first time viewers savor in the sight of that stage select. 2:48 Yup, I struggled with that jump too. 9:28 Rockman 5G inspired enemies Overall, playing through this game has made me paranoid about Power Adapter and using it to attempt to break any funny looking textures on the walls.

OH NO I COMPLETELY MISSED THIS Glad to hear that the soundtrack is full of *yes* Sunstar appearing during the Pharaoh Man fight is such a cool idea for an Egyptian-themed boss.

The third really expansive hack of MM6 along with Rockman 6 Innocent and Spirits of Hackers. Cool.

This is looking like a very solid MM6 hack (that says a lot since I see MM6 as one of the weakest in the series). MMX5 tracks are very much welcome. SF X MM boss battle theme is ❤️. The weapons you showcases so far all look useful. Boss battles are amazingly fun to watch.

This hack along with Basic Master Ver1.1 and Spirit of Hackers have the coolest weapon sets in MM rom hacks.

I love this hacks music so far and design.

The Rush Power Adapter Charge Attack's screen effect is a secondary effect. If you hit enemies directly with a charged punch, you will be able to destroy even the invincible bouncing fireballs and egg generators.

You forgot mention to the Energy Balancer is already equipped, so you need to search it. But the game is nice. But I can't wait to see the other parts.

WHAT THE FUCK that's the Parappa Anime opening "Love Together" for the title screen. This dude has GREAT taste.

0:35 I like how the stage selection screen alone shows that you're in for a good time. Robot Masters from all over the series' history, including post-NES games? Really cool, and seeing them in action is the icing on the cake. This is Rockman 4 Minus Infinity levels of cool boss fights, and I really wish we had more super ambitious romhacks that gave us boss fights like this. The Mega Man 5 fanboy in me has his fingers crossed for the Rockman 5 equivalent to these games popping up some day... 0:55 If I had a nickle for every time I've seen a Mega Man romhack use a Yoshi's Island tileset for one of its stages, I'd only have two nickles but it's weird that it happened twice. Not complaining since it's a cool aesthetic from one of my favorite games, even if it isn't really fitting for a Mega Man game. 1:37 While I prefer unique minibosses, there's no denying that this is a good, cool way to use Doc Robots. I have mixed feelings over how they were used in 3, but ultimately I thought they were a cool concept that I wish got more use in the series. 3:39 Cool boss fight, but man does the second phase drag on if you don't have a way to hit him in the air. 5:05 I always thought the Power Adaptor was underrated, but I can see why most people aren't really impressed with it. I think it'd be cool to see a game where it lets Mega Man braw River City Ransom/Streets of Rage style, myself. 5:24 "Charge Man Sun" = Charge Man's Son? Deepest lore confirmed :p 6:45 To me, slow-scrolling levels are a double-edged sword. On one hand, I can appreciate them giving you time to plan your next move and a feel for where platforms and enemies are. But on the other hand, if you die then they reeeeeaaaally tend to drag on. :p 9:17 Yellow Chill Man, huh? Either Tatsu has an innocent mind and has never heard of yellow snow... or he knows exactly what he's doing with that color scheme. :p 10:10 I haven't played Mega Man 11 in over a year, but I can just HEAR Tundra Man's voice lines in my head during the fight. And Doc Tundra even uses his Speed Gear boost, nice! 11:56 Always thought Charge Kick was underrated, but man if Chill Slip isn't putting out some serious "Charge Kick as it should have been" vibes. A speed boost and more invincibility would REALLY help you feel like you're channeling the energy of a destructive train-based bruiser. 12:16 OH that Zelda II dungeon remix is godly! And in between Uranus' spinning platforms, the egyptian tomb theme, and the rock platforms I was getting a lot of "Game Boy Mega Man" vibes from this stage, so imagine my shock when Sunstar popped up for a cameo. :p

Was not expecting Ape Escape music.

I probably chose the absolute worst of all 8 guys probably. I started with Spark man first, and only proceeded to complete that stage before ever touching anything else. took a few hours cause the battle was ridiculously too hard, only beat him with a half dozen E tanks. Yea like you said to someone else, as soon as you start getting weapons, then things finally start to get more easy-going. I just completed the game now this afternoon "blind". took about probably 18 hours for me to beat this.

Thats it and i have been waiting for new hacks and thanks for video i will play right now after finishing work. 👍🙏

I dunno if I love or hate you, Jupi. I watched two minutes of this video, then decided to play it blind. Especially after your words that this hack is much easier than Basic Master. So yeah, I've started playing. Couldn't finish Tomahawk Man's level because of that stupid jump, and then I went for Napalm Man. Easy level, yes... But goddamn reality hit me in the face when I first fought Napalm Man. And then I tried all levels and ALL bosses were bonkers (except for Spark Man, which was somewhat ok to dodge). So yeah. This hack is easier than Basic Master, but Tatsu went overboard with these bosses.

Yeah, about 95% of the difficulty in this hack comes from the bosses. For the most part, the stages themselves are easy. I get where you're coming from though, because this hack is REALLY rough until you start getting good weapons. It gets much easier after you beat a few stages. Tomahawk Man is DEFINITELY the best starting point, though.

@@JupiHornet1 Sadly, I couldn't manage that last jump in Tomahawk Man's stage. And after trying all bosses I went for Spark Man, since he: 1) Gives Jet Adapter, which trivialises all platforming in the hack; 2) He has an easily accessible E-tank at the end of the stage; 3) His first phase was pretty easy to learn. After that? Yeah, the game became very much enjoyable. Anyways, thank you for uploading this video. Despite hating the first hour of playtime, I liked this hack. Edit. Oh. Also 4) Charged Spark Bullet makes Tomahawk Man's fight much doable. 3 hp of damage if you land a hit

Chill Man's music seems original if the game was never created or exsitance on this timeline. Imagine we don't have any games beyond Mega Man X5.

I tried that, but it would cause one of the platforms to despawn. That said, the hack is now updated with some nerfs and bugfixes and that jump was made much easier :P

Since you mentioned that you ran out of interesting hacks to cover,what are you going to do once you're done with this one?

I was actually planning on taking a break from uploading until MaGMML: Episode Zero releases...that is, until this hack came out :P So yeah, Episode Zero will be the next project after this, and that should be out sometime next month. After that, there are a few more Mega Man hacks that I want to upload, but most of them are unfinished so they'll be short series. There's also a secret project I've been working on recording that's only vaguely related to Mega Man, but it should be fun to watch nonetheless. That might come between EZ and the unfinished hacks.
