Made by talented ROM hacker: Puresabe, comes Rockman 4: Minus Infinity. One of the best ROM hacks that does what others only dream of achieving.
The levels, bosses, weapons and even the choice of music of the original Rockman 4 have been improved to a level that far exceeds an aesthetic standpoint - bosses have new attack patterns, weapons and moves (such as the distinguishable ‘desperation’ moves that speed up the music and make the bosses angrier and faster).
The levels have branching pathways and hidden bosses from past Mega Man/Rockman games that won’t fail to put a smile on your face (such as Shadowman robbing the Egyptian temple, or Crashman hiding in the weapons artillery of Drillman’s stage), the music is very well chosen from a variety of different games, and new enemies from earlier and later games in the franchise, not found in the original Rockman 4, make an already fantastic piece of programming a platforming masterpiece.

This isn't just a mere ROM hack, it's a full experience crafted from love and passion for games.
This hack is insane, i've never seen so much variety in an NES game, maybe aside from battle toads. I know it's made using the bleeding edge MMC5, but I'm just admiring the effort here.
And this is a ROM hack? The amount of effort that was put into both this game and this run is insane, I don't know how you can no-hit the whole thing.

This game is packed! I completed it several times and it's still amusing
@1:05:07 key rule of megaman games is if the game is giving you this much weapons energy/energy tanks/extra lives you are about to get put through the RINGER. (see also @1:09:01) @1:08:10 the more I learn about this game from other playthroughs and games done quick, the more I realize how much of an accomplishment it is to make it to super shadow man AND no-hit him. well done.
I'm an avid megaman fan and I've played them all, so much that I've started to search for the fanmade ones. This one in particular whooped my ass so much it legit gave me gamer moments such as fist comes down to desk. When a game does that you know its damn good, and this one deserves all the praise.
It's always a wonder why Rock couldn't teleport out of the self-destructing fortress.

I really like how it sounds the Stage 3 theme from Mappy Kids in Diveman's Stage, dont care if it is adecuated for this game or not

And also if you don’t have a pc but you have a classic nes you can buy the cartridge for it
This isn't a TAS, is it? Small little things, such as the fast selection of stages and the zip to the middle of the screen upon weapon absorption (requires you to be perfectly in the middle of the boss room upon defeating the boss) make me believe it is, but if not, this is some nice play!

Although the music is not so great, the overall difficulty and gameplay are quite good I always dreamed about making megaman more challenging and this game pretty much does just this
I love mega man and the first one I played was seven and I was six so I thought that was sad but if this game was the first one I played then I would be crying for days even though it looks fun because you make it look easy
At first I thought you had to be cheating with the fact that when you took damage in Cossack 1 from Mothraya, you never lost health. THEN I remembered at the start you set your VITAL to 1 point and you had the Skull Amulet. I guess those two settings combined make you practically invincible?

How many re-records did you attempt it? No human being can beat RM4MI on Hard Mode with 1 HP and 0 lives. Even Ma Ryu's DKC2 which is my playthrough can't beat any level by human.
