I'm a middle-aged man. My entire adult life has been spent in the U.S. Army (1986-2000) and as a police officer (2000 - Present). I can't dance, sing or play a musical instrument. I am most definitely not an artistic or creative person, but I like the Rockettes. I've never seen them in person, but this dance company is one of our Christmas traditions and have been for many years. They're great and very impressive. The amount of skill, hard work and discipline is astounding. Very impressive and lots of fun.

I’m a retired firefighter/paramedic. I began my career as an EMT ambulance driver in 1981. EMTs transport lots of elderly patients to and from hospitals and care facilities. I once had a very nice elderly lady patient in her 80s who’s room was decorated with dozens of old photos. I’m a fan of history and our past and always took advantage of appreciating displays people had of their past. I saw numerous old photos of lines of dancing young ladies High kicking, etc and I asked the lady if she was in these photos. She pointed herself out and she was part of the Rockettes in the very beginning. She was very happy while telling me her story and I was happy to have met her.

If I make it through this Leukemia, it is on my list to see the Rockettes with my Mom 🙏🏽💝
