my brain wants to see this happening faster.. even at 2x it wasn't satisfied. Kudos to all who train to do this though, their bodies must be feeling pain in places I didn't even know exist >

I just tried to watch this in real time. Don't get me wrong, if I knew this was coming during the show and had to pee, that would be my cue. I'm sure it's absolutely difficult to do and deserves applause, but it's a number from 1933, and it absolutely shows.

It going slow is the best part. Watching gravity take over has me on the edge of my seat!

My subjective opinion, of course, and to each their own, but I don’t think that something being difficult to do is grounds enough to justify it being featured as entertainment. Don’t get me wrong, it’s impressive, and I admire the effort they put in, but I don’t think that it’s all that.

@@mygirldarby Because there’s a difference between something impressive and something entertaining (they often overlap, but they are not the same thing). I admire the effort, as I understand that this involves a great deal of difficulty, but that doesn’t add entertainment value in and of itself.

I watched this in 2x, i think youtube is broken, it still played in .5x 😑

This reminds me of a kid I saw showing off his new kicking skills. He was kicking at ankle height.

It's all physics and strength for the dancers. But for the audience it's the suspense and test of patience. Something society is lacking, so this number has become underappreciated in recent years, it seems. I do agree that during the middle of the fall my mind started wandering. Sometimes great effort is valued more with those involved than the observer.

I’m amazed that these women can do this. It takes a lot of strength and coordination. I see many of you said it was to slow. I would like to see you people up on the stage doing it faster. Everything looks easy when someone else is doing it.

They do that way for safety reasons and it's difficult because they have to fall really slowly and sustain the weight of each other and, please, don't compare different culture as better or worst

That’s the stupidest thing that people FAWN over, that I have EVER seen…….

I was thinking why isnt this going any faster? Then it hit me if it did go faster or even free fall the last fella would probably experience thousands of pounds of force on him and most likely die cause you know momentum, speed and mass. Yikes!

@gh3meister you don't think? There is kinetic energy along the chain. Since domino's are very light they might not exhibit as readily a perpetual force as human mass. With each subsequent body the force of the individual is its mass multiplied by its free fall speed which, if you multiply that by the amount of people, then there would be some degree of injury at the very least when the last fella strikes the floor. But the last domino certainly falls faster than the first one since energy cannot be destroyed just transferred somewhere else. That somewhere else is each subsequent domino piece. But what do I know? Im no physicist haha. Just using common sense.
