Great playing as always love the channel, but hears the thing 5 grand for that guitar is Ludacris especially when you just did a demo on a 379.00 sbs the relic job on that one the sbs sucked but they play amazing I know I bought one after your demo, can't say I'll be buying this one especially because I could get a very nice used r9 for that money..

J. Rockett gear tends to be expensive, and Grover Jackson's involvement compounds the price premium. For as much as I oppose capitalism, this is to be expected.

I went to the Rockett website to actually purchase one after watching their video with Grover only to find out they're literally $5000!! Needless to say i didn't get one. I was expecting around $3000 to $3500.

I agree - it’s a cool guitar but priced too high considering the specs - I’d rather go for a custom Suhr in that price range

Sounds great looks great. However, 5K? Who did they think they are? Sorry, i can't think of better way to say it....

Anyone crying about the price should consider 1. Grover Jackson is 74 years old, the day he passes these guitars will probably double in price and only continue to go up from there 2. A Tom Murphy Gibson will just start at this price and, arguably, this is the only non-Gibson that I can think of that will appreciate in value at the same or greater rate than a Gibson custom shop guitar! Sure, it's pricey but time will tell......

I'm sure it's a nice guitar but that's just wishful thinking, man. This ain't no '59 burst. There are *boatloads upon boatloads* of HSS/Floyd superstrats with funky headstocks that have been made for the last 40+ years to dilute the value of this one.

Great guitar, love the looks, and sound. To be fair and no disrespect to the guys on the project but its simply not in a working mans guitar pricing range. Limited colors too. I have two of Grover's builds and neither were 5k. These prices just need to stop.

I would rather buy a CHEAP export series Jackson Guitar and fix or modify it with good parts than buy a guitar that looks like it was dumped in the garbage bin (piece of junk)and thrown away for $5,000!!!!! Hell!!!! I would rather buy a Squier guitar and fix it up to professional working musician specs than pay $5,000!!!! That company is freaking out of their mind ,CRAZY, to charge that outrageous price!!!! Or if I am going to pay $5,000 for a guitar, it better be a super, zany, goof ball, wacky, and one off custom made guitar like the ones Hamer used to make for Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick or something!!!!😂😂😂😂😂 I ❤ your channel !!!! I have a Grover Jackson *Friedman* from a few years ago. Great guitar. But, at $2500. Five grand for a superstrat is silly. And, goodness, the relic thing has gone nutty. I love a tasteful relic. *Love.* But, the number of _destroyed_ finish relic types is just ridic. Way overdone here. Especially when the body doesn't match the neck/headstock. Like, at all. Not sure what Grover's doing here.

Sounds good, but the ugly relic job and the price add up to a hard pass from me.
