In my system turning off vsync makes the game unplayable. Maybe it's beacause of g-sync function in my monitor but the picture looses smoothness so I begin to miss a lot.

Turn on vsync if you are playing against Xbox players, the more that are in the lobby the more you will need it. Drop to 30fps, and lower your network settings, you'd be surprised how changing a couple almost unrelated settings will have an opposite than expected result based on the lobby composition. You're welcome.
