Rockcastle Speedway hosted a special late afternoon race program on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 as a make-up date for a rainout the day prior. The main event of the day was the Pro Late Model feature contest. The race was a wild affair where survival was as important as speed. #D8 Dustin Linville worked traffic on each restart to eventually challenge and pass #11 Jeff Watson for the lead. Watson had one final chance to steal the win back with a yellow flag occurring with only a handful of laps left in the race but Linville was able to repel the challenge and score the victory. Rockcastle Speedway is a 3/8 mile clay oval located near Mount Vernon, Kentucky.
