Sammy just doesn't age. Voice still sounds great. I'm 61 and started listening to Montrose in the 70's. Theses guys sounded great together.

Holy crap! That was frickin awesome! It’s almost 2 a.m and I’m pumping my fist in the air lying in bed and holding back from yelling, “Yeeeaaaahhh,” and waking everyone up! I’m a huge Sammy and RUN DMC fan. What a great combo. Please do a CD together - SAMMY DMC!

this is awesome. I started HS in 1984, so Run DMC was right up my alley as we were just starting to get cars and put bumping systems in them. Ive always loved rock....... these guys had a great time. Good stuff.

Every time I see Sammy I remember my Dad. They didn’t have any physical resemblance to each other but they were both the same age. My Dad was my best friend. Thank you, God, for still having Sammy walk among us. A GIANT OF ROCK. His time in Van Halen was life altering and unforgettable. He can still rock that voice like no other man in his 70s.

I'm an older grandpa, I grew up on hard rock and fell in love with heavy metal. But my older step sister was dating a dude from Portland and one day he showed me Sugar Hill Gang Rappers Delight, never heard anything like it. I really don't care for the newer rap but these older guys that paved the way we're the best, they even played with bands I. The back behind them, one favorite is Bringing the noise with Public Enemy and Anthrax, thank you Sammy I love watching these sessions.

Grew up a poor white farm boy from Maine. So funny same age as D and we have the same influence of music. Who knew a Harlem black kid and a Maine white boy share the same music love! Ha! Take that racism!. We are the same after all! Grew up with these guys, and influenced me to play drums which I still ROCK on all the time in my beat lab! Watched this 10 times and I still got goose bumps every time! Love the rap on this. Lyrics were epic!
