Recipe for Potatoes Fish Cakes
Ingredients
- Fish
- Potatoes
- Parsley
- salt & pepper
Before frying / baking it
- flour
- 1 egg
- crumbs
Mix all ingredients, make it into round shape. Roll the fish cakes one by one around the egg, flour it and crumb it. After that it is ready to cook. You can try fry it with a small amount of oil, deep fried it or bake it in oven.
