Yes, it can double click easily but if you never double clicked before it will get some getting used to and if you have small fingers that is even better because the mouse left button doesn't have much space but yes you can butterfly click

You don't need to change anything in the settings when you get the mouse because of the shell I think you can already drag click on it and butterfly is a bit hard because there isn't much space

There’s no point really since you can’t use it’s main feature (the 0 denounce) if you can manage drag clicking with denounce on them ok good luck
