Customer brought in a Roborock S5 Max that doesn't charge. Customer initially thought it's a faulty battery, but after purchasing a new battery it still doesnt work.
Customer brought to us, and we are able to verify that the Home Base Charging station is faulty even though there's light coming up on it.
