Me too, when robots actually felt lethal and the graphic looked good

This is actually a very nice bomber....looks easy to control, you have tx-1 armor under the wings to protect from ground fire, lots of shields to protect from air fire, and you're also smallish so you don't present a large target. Good stuff.

Omg, that flyer is amazing! Really enjoyed watching!

The best part about building something is the EFFORT that you put into it. because a thruster stick isn't all that amazing and is fairly typical to see in a battle, it's not a very fun robot to play as. but a robot you built yourself that works very well, MUCH FUN.

This was the vid that sold RC to me. The promise of a bomber like that is still why I play, despite all these ridiculous changes.

Lathland Oh its an Aavak build - Lol I really don't see it much, the firestorm is much shorter, has less shielding on the top, more on the bottom, different wing configuration, different thruster placement.. "Replica" hehe.. :) Oh.. and front mounted shielding.. And more weapons.. and back weapons..

Lathland it does not work (as) well anymore. It gets shotdown in tier 7 or higher. Even 1 shooted out of the sky because a railgun rips through the from half easily even with sheilding. It is more of a have fun robot than farming for me now. Finally it is useful VERY USEFUL IN THE LOWER TIERS. I give it a review of a 6/10. Before the update 8/10 or 9/10. My comment turned into a review XD.

It’s taken me a long time to find this video. I don’t know what about it spoke to me, perhaps the design, or maybe something else. That doesn’t really matter though. Not as much as the fun I had playing this game. Once apon a time, I loved this game with my heart and soul. Now, it is nothing. All that remains are the memories of a fickle greatness grasped by so few for such a short time. It is greed to want it back, yet I desire. Would it be better to hope for something greater? Something good, real, something that can change the world in a beneficial way? Most certainly. But I pray. One more build. One more game. One more memory...

u know, there used to be a project called RC 14 and 15, creating RC 2014 and 2015. it got over 1000 members, but then got into legal trouble, so now that group is making a game similar to RC 14, but its in its alpha stage

@@icefyreyt I am quite excited as well! Recently the devs for them have been really busy irl (this isn’t their job, it’s more of a side hobby to code this), but they are making progress

even though you lost (at that 1 game) that still was a great performance alone, you almost killed 3, one of them only had 1 block, with the driver seat on it xD

That is a remarkable design I would love a build tutorial!:)

I don't know why I'm here again... but at least there's some good news, freejam might actually do something smart for once since the robocraft in this video. They plan to apparently make robocraft 2 just like early robocraft from 2014-2015 era, I hope they don't mess it up like they always do.

Hey Lathrix, on the topic of plasma bombers, what do you think about having two sets of wings, or one, which one would you say is better?

As a Plasma Bomber You Can use the megabot to deal damage...Also get CPU Because a LOT of players are always focused on the megabot and medics so you can just rain plasma from the sky.....😀

I use the t10 thrusters on my rail walker, he can jump across half map, but im changing his t10 armor for tx1 to be able to go from one side of the map to the other with a single jump.

I miss this game :< but a lot has been added and it was never the same

i always worried about getting sniped out of the sky every time i build a flyer, because when playing on the ground i am a sniper myself, and it really easy to take flyers with rails.

this flyer is epic!!!!!

I don't see the top shielding do anything defence wise. If anywhere it belongs at the bottom, where all the guns are, and the bottom where the pilot is. Rails could destroy the crap out of the underside. Learnt this while making a walker flier.

I would od it with my t4 plasma because my bot was very tanky and often I was close enough to ram.

Jeez someone can build this but I can't even build a simple decent car to rank up qq

Could have sworn seen you in battle a lot tried to help you ... you need to test your planes in extreme conditions more .... especially since we don't have bots with weapons anymore. So you know best way to survive/ get away when a bunch gets shot off. still great build though

What does CPU stand for?

Funny how the tx-1 blocks are not so usefull for megas(using t-10s) and more usefull for small t-10 bots. Tx-2 blocks should be heavier(about t-6 blocks?) But a HELL lot more durable. Or maybe they should just add t11 and 12 and add 20 more levels. That way tx-1-->t10 tx-2-->t11 tx-3-->t13 in matches. Also robo league should be fixed at t10, so this way in robo league you can do EVERYTHING, including overtiering. The mega weapons/shields will not be outclassed though. They have a bit more powe but DOUBLE the fire rate. This is what makes them dangerous at a distance. High power, 12 shot bursts. Also the sizes are huge. The armor values should be buffed though. It seems as though the next update will change the game fundementally though. I'm hoping that mega plasma will also be added so t-10 bombers can have a couple of them.

Hey Lathrix! Can you make a flying cruiser? As in a time of trouble you can roll in to action to help your buddies and if you are about to be demolished, just fly right on out. When you need to get somewhere quick, just spread out those wings and fly. If you read this ans take my idea I would like a shout out please.

My biggest challenge in robocraft is to build a stable plane ;-;
