After what they did with Terminator (made a game for it) I was all in, hopeful. They gave me exactly what I wanted. There were a little late making new game+ but I cannot complain now. Whatever they make next has my attention.

FWIW, even in the 2014 movie, in the scene where they discuss different 'models' as to which has the best marketing value, when the guy talks to Michael Keaton he has a line about it. 'This model, according to inmates, is the one they're most afraid of', and it's the OG RoboCop design.

There are some pretty good metal / rock versions of it out there.

God I am so glad I got this game. Also the little slow piano bit at the end is my favorite, since it illustrates that while he is a badass cyborg cop he was once a man with a family, something he can never have again.

I realized a few years ago, RoboCop is probably my favorite movie of all time. There's movies I've binged more, there's movies I've found more.. FUN.. but I think RoboCop is the best overall movie I've seen on all fronts. Enjoyment, story, characters, and lasting legacy.

This is amazing, and just highlights how amazing and enduring Basil Poledouris' scores were. Never forget Poledouris folks, he gave us some of the most amazing film music of all time.

Basil Poledouris is freaking amazing.

OMG! My goosebumps up when this soundtrack is on, its my childhood classic blockbuster!

Even though the original Robocop suit has a very 80s flavor, it's so iconic and badass, should have never been redesigned for the remake.

The redesign was laughable. Because they made it leaner and smaller, and stupidly left him keep his human hand, it completely looked like a guy in a suit... not like machine.

@@joshuawillis602 Care to explain how or why? I stand by my point. At no moment in that movie did I feel that I looked at a machine with only a little human bits inside. The human hand completely destroys that illusion. The new, leaner design may not look bad in and of itself, but it does not help to create the impression that this is actually a cyborg and not just a dude in an armor suit.

If they want to pull off something like that it would have to be the original suit design, taking place after 3 (no more origin stories) in the 80s setting. Otherwise i wouldnt be excited. Make it a small to mid budget and it can turn a profit while not appealing to ALL audiences like too many movies try to do now. Respect the fandom and make it for them. Hot take: i didnt think 3 was that bad!

I absolutely love this cover, Robocop is my childhood and I’m probably one of few that didn’t see these movies as satire but instead actually sad. Murphy is still a man and he’s still alive. He knows who he is and who is family is. Under the satire is a man who can never be with his family again.
