I play that untitled tag game all the time bro, it's awesome

One game that died almost completely was Vehicle Simulator. It used to average 20,000 concurrent players in mid 2018, and would almost always be on the front page, but now it only gets about 200-300 concurrent players, and barely gets updated... plus about all of the moderators quit meaning there is no rule enforcement in VS servers and you could get away with almost anything.

@@skyehi6969 no you dont its a very small chance if roblox breaks the server that had the game data in it but that doesnt really depend on if you play or not, if you play then it just wouldnt update the data but you will keep everything

When roblox went down I remember on the first 30 hours if you tried hard enough you could play on the 1-20 hours period, I was just playing Iron Man simulator 2 since it has no datastore and it was stable, only avatars didnt load.

I still remember playing vampire hunters in like 2015-2016 with one of my friends, it was so good. The second one didn't really hit that much, for me at least, but it kinda killed the first one, now it doesn't have any players.

I remember playing a popular game around 1 year ago called Sorcerer Fighting Simulator which had 24k+ players daily,then after the Gen 2 and Wars update,they didn't updated anymore,but this month the game is finally updating and hope it become popular again. (Check out the game it is really cool :) it's not your average click,hatch,click simulator)

wanna know the game that roblox truly killed? Arcane Adventures. It had over 10k players constantly and it was a very fun magic RPG, then roblox broke the coding and the devs didn't wanna redo all the code. It is now off the website. But there is a remake of it from someone else, but it just doesn't have the same feel.

Strife, V.I.P, FE and Fe2, And many more *WERE* reviewed by Roblox, IN KZread. ITS EVEN SEARCHABLE TILL NOW. Also there's Stealth, A Assassin's Creed copy. Played it until I was lvl 20 realizing I was with 7 other players that play this everyday too.

"framed" also died off in Roblox, I used to play that game a lot in 2015-16 but nowadays it barely has any players past 1k

also another game that died: tower of hell, i used to make videos on this game but it died around 8 months ago due to repetitive content and stuff, i think it was because the only towhing keeping the game afloat was the youtubers, the whole time. mainly the reason why pinkleaf disappeared aswell due to to tower of hell dying and no motivation for content either. so there were no new ideas for anything so people starting quitting, plus the game had no new updates either, it used to average 100k players now down to about 20-40k players

i mean. All games die and TOH was 100% gonna be a game that dies quickly. There was nothing to update, it was a friggin obby. Maybe add more courses or levels by other then that, it was a hit and miss game. it was also a new game as well so not many people really care about it.

22-40k doesn’t mean the game died

I remember this old-ish roblox game from 2014 made by Homermafia1, the creator of that popular Area 51 game. It was named Humans vs Zombies. V1 and V2 were similar to Stealth Pilot's The Undead Coming. V3 tanked the player count down by the hundreds. That isn't what I wanna talk about. Around summer 2019, Roblox had to shove a useless update into it's face. That ultimately killed V3 of Humans vs Zombies. If you want to see the timeline scroll down. 2014, Homer made HvZ/HvsZ (Humans vs Zombies) and SAKTK (Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51). HvZ was made to bring back stealth pilot's The Undead Coming. V2 rolled around soon after giving players armour and more things, and item limits, as in you couldn't buy more than one of each item. V3 came, people hated it due to bad gameplay and mechanics. I personally loved it. V3 shut down, V4 was being made. To wait for V4, V2 was rereleased as a new version of the last version of V2. V2.3.4 was released as a bug fix and glitch patch for V2.3.3, the last original version of V2. After V4 was cancelled, V3 was gonna be remade in 2021. It got cancelled due to a dev in the team starting to make ANOTHER V4, which I will call V5/V6 for less confusion. So this new V5 had a more cartoony and less gory look compared to the originally planned V4. The last dev had quit. Then the community took their chance to revive it, with me being one of the future testers.

I used to love playing Redwood Prison back then, everyday I came home from school if I had spare time I would play roblox and one of my favourite games was Redwood Prison, on top of that I also used to play catalog heaven all the time too. And not to mention Pokemon Brick Bronze, I used to play it on my laptop for hours every day.

It might have been just me but I feel like over time it also died due to the constant updates, basically what I feel the the “trip” to the fall. For me, and my sister who was a bigger grinder than me at the game, began to struggle to keep up some points in the game bc of the frequent updates. It would either update too fast or too slow, which with both factors I feel like killed the game. Personally opinion thought, you can let me know if I’m wrong. Also I know this comment is 4 months old lmao

Im glad rolve decided to take a break from arsenal, it allowed them to work on typical colors 2 while keeping a decent player base for both games

Prison life was already in the deteriorating state of a roblox game so the dev of prison life basically accepted Asimo and Badcc creating Jailbreak giving prison life it’s final stab of death.

Actually, I played blockland A LOT when I was younger, and there were all sorts of fun servers on there. Hell, I made a few of my own that got relatively popular. Sadly, the game at this point is dead in the water, as last time I checked the game out, the player count was in the double digits when it used to be hundreds or even thousands of players.

Another roblox game that died was limitless rpg, I introduced my friends to the game back when it was really popular now on average it only has 1 or 2 players on it (that’s probably because it got rebooted tho)

OH THAT ONE I REMEMBERED IT I FORGOT WHAT WAS THE NAME BECAUSE I WANTED TO PLAY IT But like Strife!, A class fighting game that got affected in experimental mode. Even though it got remaked, No one played it anymore sadly except me and 2 other people on the same server remembering the good times, until we went to another class fighting game that was more diverse.

not only that but hundred of classic roblox rpg games died like legendary sword rpg and infinity rpg (even though it still has 10+ players) was a player favourite rpg in 2015-2018 legendary rpg died as the owner is desperate to sell his acc infinity rpg went downhill on 2020 the player count drop severely due to the lobby being bland it had been rebooted dozen of times and is now a criminally underrated rpg as its a really good rpg

2 games i used to play alot in 2017/2018 was "destroy the neighborhood" and " bakers valley".They used to have alot of players back in the day but now there dead. dtn has 30-50 players and bakers has 300. sad seeing the games i liked most died.

While yes, the game did die out, it averages around 2-1k now, before the solar update it averaged somewhere between 1.5K-500 (I think)

And prison life lost followers because there was alot of hackers and exploiters in the game so people quit because they were tired of dining over and over because that's mostly what the exploiters do

Field of Battle never really went crazy like Jailbreak but it was the Prison Life of Medieval PvP games. I remember in like 2016 and 2017 i’d have to scroll for a solid 5 minutes in the servers list to see servers with below 10 players (max players was 22 and still is). Now, on days when it has a lot of players I can only click “Load More” once to see a few more servers.

Another game called “Parkour Tag” it was my favorite game and it currently has 35M visits. It was slightly popular during the 2017-2020. I still love that game but people started to stop playing it and now it has around 5-10 players on average.

Treelands. That game was an absolute masterpiece, the amount of memories and friends i got from that game is nuts, good times Oh and Booga Booga tho, that game was absolute bonkers

What about Boys and Girls Dance Club? The game had roughly 50,000 players at every moment in mid-late 2019, and now it can't even get 1 player. I got home from school every day, and hopped on the game. Each server was 25/25. The roleplaying was amazing, and the map as well.

This one is more Nintendo's fault, but does anyone remember Brick Bronze? I know it got remade into an original game, but it just feels... off. Something's just not right. I still love Loomian Legacy (which, if you didn't know, is what replaced BB), but it's just not the same. I understand the whole lawsuit thing too, but like, there's still games that have Nintendo's characters in them that are older. For what? Because they never reached the front page? Or is it just Pokemon games that are being deleted? Idk, I just miss BB.

One game that died was Islands, it used to pull in 50-100k players but after Bedwars came out it died The final nail in the coffin was similar to the situation with Arsenal there was going to be a "trick or treat" event in the main island and be one of the biggest events ever, but was cancelled because of Roblox being down The Christmas and New Year updates was highly anticipated by the rest of the player base since they thought it would revive the game, but they ruined them by making them tiny updates, and the game has never recovered February 2021: Pasted from the Islands twitter We had over 65k players online during the Fishing Festival release! One game that was murdered was Pirate wars That game was one of the OG games, it was prosperous in the early years of Roblox. Now it's a bit glitchy and only 1-6 players online at a time.

I guess a game called zombie stories died, i remember in the beta days it had around 1K players, but now it only has a couple hundred of players (the hub of the game, probably theres more people playing the missions and stuff)

To be honest, adopt me was also screwed. What used to be a cute role-playing game just turned into a scamming simulator. Nobody role-playing anymore. A few years ago, adopt me added pets. Some people were excited, myself included. But I knew that having the pets and trading systems could not coexist without causing problems. I know there's always scamming in every game that involves trading like pet simulator x, but that's because its a core part of the game, and it doesn't happen very frequently. Games like adopt me are simply role-playing games, and that brings me what I said on the beginning of this comment. adopt me still pushes out updates very frequently, and some of the updates where really cool, but that doesn't change the fact that adopt me is no longer a role-playing game. Its a scam simulator.

@@uuo9151 A hacker botted the game in 2020 which made more people click on it. The person wanted the game deleted, but Roblox realized all of the IP addresses were in a different country than any of the developers.

heres one. Adventure Story This game was really popular upon public release and everything was going smoothly until the game just died due to the powerful glitch called the "Gem Stone Duping." You see, this glitch allowed players who didnt use their gem stone to duplicate with the item called the "Stat Apple." This item is the biggest part of the duping since it takes 40 dungeon tickets to get from the dude at the entrance of the dungeon, and if you eat the stat apple you can ajust your stats BUT, here is where it all starts. You can reset all the other stats from leveling up, but the unused gem stone registered as a USED one so if you eat another stat apple after the first one. You get 2 gemstones instead of only having one to spend and from that day on, the game began to become less, and less fun for the players.

I remember the good old Prison life days, when the criminals wouldnt let you escape so you became a cop, went to the base and went on the red spawner to become a criminal. Also hackers were actually fun. It gave some variety to the game. Unless they insta kill you thats not fun. Edit: tbh I never liked Arsenal, whicg sounds absurd I know but I'm and was a mobile player so playing was near impossible and honestly I prefered big paintball over it I can't lie.

I play bee swarm but I lost interest I got all the goals I wanted to get but then I got bored of it and started playing bedwars. It was mainly because there wasn’t much gameplay for me like I play bee swarm for like 1 minute and then I leave and it’s mostly because none of my friends play with me and only one friend does but they only join to ask to play another game.

One game that died that I used to constantly play was fe2. I remember playing it in mid-2018 and it was doing well and was popular. I eventually quit Roblox for a while to focus on school and came back to check how Roblox was doing. I stumbled upon fe2 and decided to play it for a while. It had new maps and the music changed a bit. I decided to look at the player count and servers, it had about only 6 servers available and about 700/800 players. I checked youtube videos about fe2, it was usually showing maps in fe2 cm and other things usually talking about news maps, etc. Fe2 was honestly a great game, and even if it doesn't get that much recognition, I recommend playing the game. 9/10, Great game!

The only problem with fe2 is that they removed the insane lock. A simple button pushed the rating to the max

Destruction Simulator was the most popular game in 2018, it even passed Jailbreak but now it can barely pull 1000 players

Even though I've shifted to Minecraftnow, it still makes me sad bout the fact that arsenal died becauseof roblox. I myself was someone who waited for the update for a long time, played it a few times. R.I.P, Arsenal. You will be remembered.

Every thing must come to an end, but I don’t think you can blame roblox for that, no one wants it to be broken, being down is not a thing roblox can control, they made it down because of an problem.

Actually, the server crash was due to a snowball issue that they knew about and ignored from what I've heard.

They have the money and could upgrade their servers but they don’t, likely because of greed. They’d rather pocket the money then re invest back into Roblox. It’s their fault.

Another game that i played and has died is called Rocket tester, Between 2017 - 2018 the game had more than 5k players online. Nowadays there are barely even players online and most of them don’t speak english

a game that died was wacky wzards used to pull 20 to 30k people playing a day the after roblox shut down it have 6.2k players. Atleast last time i checked it was averaging just about 10k players.

Everyone forgot about whatever floats your boat including me. I remembered it when some guy said the game's name while in a argument unintentionally.

Who remembers Pokémon brick bronze :( it got copyright striked and taken down by Roblox. I used to play that game with my friends 24/7 and had a fun time on it. Prison life was also fun but I stuck to Pokémon.

Yup, I coulnt play it tho, Yes i was born since it was released, Yes i problably had an account, But no, i couldnt make it, it was one of the games my big brother used to play, once it died, well uh... I forgor but i decided to play its "sequel" of some sort, Loomian Legacy, It was pretty fun but i got everything i wanted for now so yeah.

Jailbreak use to be my #1 favourite game in Roblox, but now I don't play it anymore because of how the updates made the game kind of lose its cops and robber game theme, they started adding all this other weird stuff.

Legend of the bone sword or lotbs used to be popular mid 2021 i remember it having 2-3k players always online but nowaday just a 100

I don't know if anyone remembers it but there was a samurai game called Blood Samurai 2. I used to play it everyday after an old friend introduced me. It had a decently large playercount at about 10k at the peak I think. The updates were fairly frequent but the community became more toxic as the game got older until the devs released a map update which everyone hated. Everyone was waiting for a response from the devs until one of them said the game was dead in their words. That's when I quit and the player counts dropped to 5-20. Rip bs2 but dang I spent a lot robux on a now dead game.

tds had the same thing, long time no update, they plan to release update on 31st october, servers shut down game went from 100k players on frost event release, to 50k on eclipse event release, and now it strugles to reach 15k

I dont think this game is dead yet but robloxian highschool was pretty popular back then but i guess it got knocked off and even rocitizen, a zombie game called "apocalypse rising" and other survival games. ill still remember pokemon games who were called "pokemon brick bronze" and the one that makes u the pokemon

Another game that died was Area 02 it had like over 10k players normally now it has less than 200 players per day and I used to play it alot but it died cause of the dev not putting out updates anymore

Heres 1 game bed swarm simulator it died after 2020 beesmas wich was Christmas update when it ended it didn’t have easter update so basically they skipped a hole year of updating wich was sad for bee swarm bc i like that game
