Roblox is more likely to reject being bought by Microsoft than accept being bought. (Or in a turn of events, Roblox will suddenly buy Microsoft out of nowhere [extremely unlikely].) This scenario reminds me of that time Microsoft tried to buy Nintendo. I could imagine David Baszucki being like "hahaha no, you're not buying Roblox any time soon, Microsoft"

honestly i dont think the font is bad, they've been using the same one for years i think it looks refreshing also the issue with the mobile thing is that like a few weeks ago mobile players were updated to the new ingame HUD you can get in roblox studio, but this week it was reverted back on mobile, and since most games had changed their custom ui to correspond to the new mobile one, the old ui being changed back is blocking some of the buttons that were placed where the new ingame hud wasnt

@@roiitherizzler no it's not. it looks fine. it looks like a common generic font you'd see often, like roboto, arial, calibri, just to name a few. you look & sound exactly like the type of person who would go to the roblox hq in real life with a torch, pitchfork, and a sign that says "BRING BACK OLD ROBLOX!!" who will try to convince others to join you until Roblox acknowledges your riot

Was introducing a buddy who wasn't keen on throwing money at Roblox to Pls Donate, and once I hovered over the buttons on the left side, my game would crash unexpectedly, before I pressed anything. I never crash when I sit around Pls Donate, so this was a suspicious occurence.

Yeah, weirdly I was having issues with Roblox crashing when I been trying to get a 100 floor streak in Regretevator, and it's even happening in my private server when I'm all alone

And I had an issue and called Adam asylum where trying to click the menu button in my private server, but it was blocking it for real

I dont get why people hate the public UGC update so much, I spend almost all of my robux on avatars, so I can safely say that this is a great update, as VERY often when I'm searching for accessories, I literally just can't find anything close to what I'm looking for. Having more people with access to uploading items is literally only a positive thing.

I don't mind the public UGC item too but plenty of bad stuff can happen like - NSFW UGC - Copyrighted UGC - Very bad UGC - Copyrighted UGC may make UGC be taken down like the audios.

the “old” menu was square, but they tried to round it out and it was released on most newer accounts.

Guys if you have grey accesories when you spawn in or untextured accesories, a fix could be reseting multiple times and on avatar editor, just spam between 2 or 3 different accesories or whatever then end the spam with the accesories you want

The fonts were changed to their own font called "Builder" (I think). You can see why at the same devforum post where they talked about their new font because they also said that they were deprecating GothamSSm and Arial.

For people who don’t know the Roblox gui system: this only happens when u create a new account, you have a small chance of getting the ruined gui and the old/normal gui

About the crashing, I often observe a ping spike and suddenly 5-6 people or sometimes me along with 4-5 people suddenly lag and disconnect together

I swear to god if one more person talks about pushups i am going to die

It's crazy that it took 20 days for people to play roblox

the crashing issue is also happening on mobile (at least for me, im using windows 11 on my laptop and android on my phone. its usually just a wifi connection issue thing, even though my wifi is good. its like freeze for a min and then crash)

There’s like some crazy thing happening with all of my buttons, the private server screen to me was WAY different, like bro it’s so annoying to use now-

with the gui button thingie it happened to me in a game called wild horse islands,i clicked on emotes thingie (the gui of the game not from roblox) and a gui (from roblox) was blocking the X button and i was just stuck with the emotes gui until i left rlly annoying

my animations broke yesterday, i was missing an arm and i had no walking animation, aswell as everybody else's in my game walking animation was broken

The original menu's button were more rounded like in the original image but since roblox switch it back to the old one, of course there's gonna be a problems, they changed it without letting everyone know

bit more details about random crashing: it happens if certain applications are installed on your PC, for me roblox crashed consistently when i had the oculus app installed. after i uninstalled it, everything went back to normal. not sure if it's something that roblox can fix though

Some mobile players have different menus for some reason. Before in some games there would be a different menu UI for each game, which was weird.. but now multiple people have different menu UI's.

If you keep crashing what you need to do is after pressing play on a game a box saying starting game will pop up. As soon as your game launches go back to the little screen and press cancel

It’s been reverted for quite a while now, it has always been the roblox menu then roblox decided to change it which just made it a bit annoying, they moved everything and pack it all in the left even including the health bars, everyone hated it so after a bit of time roblox reverted it back to the old menu

I play on mobile, and I will confirm that the chat button is blocking other buttons on certain games! It really sucks. 😭

That old menu/new menu thing the new menu is now like 1.5x longer making some buttons blocked in for example funky friday

Hi! Mobile player here, the other ui change with the circular buttons being reverted has been a bit weird considering when it first came out, it blocked buttons, when the games adapted to it, THEY CHANGED IT BACK. Which is why they said “it’s blocking buttons” because it was happening so fast the games had nearly no time to react, and they should be fine in a few days or maybe a week or so the games should be adapted and fine, I hope this helps!

5:50 it looks the same? Only difference is that the new font is smaller? I think that’s a decent change since it allows for us to read more of a games name I assume.

Should've seen phantom forces over the last few days, every now and then everyone in the server will freeze and then its kinda like a 50/50 on whether you crashed or survived. If you survived you'd see that there would be maybe 10 people left in the server as everyone else got booted. This is happening often aswell, it happened three times within the span of like 45 minutes a few hours ago in the server I was in.

Nah bro i was playing rise of nations and the whole bloody server crashed all 35 of us and the only reason we only got back into the server was because one person didn't crash and while playing people kept crashing to the point where i crashed and couldn't rejoin the server

My roblox has been crashing for over a year now on my PC. It just randomly closes after some time of playing, sometimes even after like 5 minutes, without any error/prior notice and there's nothing I can do to fix it. Like, I've tried literally every fix you can find online and even mailed roblox about it just to get a "Well have ya tried this" while I said I already did.

I play on pc and before today, there used to be a report button and leaderboard button on the top left. The cube button is to show the report and leaderboard buttons

i had the same issue with the menu even though i am on pc. it hasn't come back since

I lost a lot of robux because Roblox decided to remove a lot of non-lethal (like tasers even though they made one too) and lethal weaponry (like law enforcement utility belts with holstered 9mm pistols) from the store and they didn't even pay it back. What's funny about it that the stuff with weapons barely visible are getting removed but not actual huge assault rifles.

i got the different menu exclusively while making a world in studio, havent seen it anywhere else

The mobile thing was reverted for me in a week, but from what I know there haven't been much differences from other people.

Uhm, some rumors in Vietnam said that VNG would release Roblox in Vietnam as an intermediate game publisher. However, VNG's media people haven't notified them before, so some people said that VNG would release it in July, but many other people said that VNG would do it sooner.

Imo the font is a bit weird, there was no need for changing and it just doesn’t feel the same, everything is just in bold now and I don’t like how the roblox usernames look like with the font

The inverted mobile buttons have been there for a while, they changed it for the mobile users who’s cameras are seeping into the screen
