Hi - roblox trader here So basically how these outfits work is by reselling limited items (doesnt include ugc limiteds). When you resell item you can choose what price point you would like to resell it for. So theoretically when all of the copies of the item are bought out and theres one reseller at the moment, the price will become anything they want it to be! Crazy right? For example, there is current price for the roblox item "Chrysophylax" hat is currently selling for R$999,999,999(R$1b) because the person who is reselling it chose that high price (for the memes). So anyone wearing those limiteds theoretically have an outfit thats worth well over 1 billion robux. TMDR: You can resell any roblox limited for any price point, so if your the only or one of the cheapest resellers, you can choose any price for that roblox item
