2:18 brings a new meaning to ’In Plain Sight’

this is a normal thing its not a bug. you can hide places where rush cant see you. also works for invisible walls like for the laggage carts that u can go behind

Yah, the way rush gets you is if a light surrounding it hits you without anything being in the way These hiding spots are those things in the way, so rush can't get you Idk how ambus works though

​@@DueBanana ambush works the same, it's just that the light reaches out further, allowing ambush to see you in places that rush's light won't reach (that's why he can kill you from a mile away)

You can also hide inside a of drawer if the following requirements are met: There is a unlooted coin in the drawer (items may work if its on the bottom cabinet) You are crouching inside of the drawer No body part is sticking outside of the drawer

thanks for the tips, i am doing the modifiers challenges and with no where to hide, its much harder to get closets in time, so this helps!

4:57, as long as Ambush can't see you on the way back through the room, you'll most likely be fine, you just have to be more careful because Ambush's hitbox is bigger

i think ambush’s hitbox isn’t really a moving cube, it’s kind if it he can ‘see’ you. rush has a hitbox though

@@1stprizedabestcharacter i know....and your user is 1092972378623% correct and a hitbox is used still, but only used if he sees you with ray casting

you can also hide in greenhouse in a straight room you can hug the wall of the closet that was a little bit infront of the one right next to the door:)

you have missed 7 safe spots i know of 1: in the painting room sometimes if you hug the fireplace rush will glitch and sometimes if there is a table you can go inbetween the chairs 2: there is a coin ss all you have to do is open a drawer with a coin and crouch and hug it 3: in the greenhouse there is a safe spot to the right of entering or to the left of exiting the L shaped room its simular to the ss you covered at 3:30 but be aware that if there is another L shaped room after that you could die 4: in door 100 rush only goes forwards left and down so you have to just walk a bit threw the room 5: there is an L shaped room which has some closets fallen and moved around you can hide behind one of those 6: there is a rectangle room where closets are shuffled around and as long as the door is to the right and the shuffled closet is to the left you can survive ambush and rush! 7: im pretty sure you know this one but just forgot in you can just hide behind the fences in the courtyard

you can also just go near to the boarded door or Dupe when you see a cross shaped room and also a t shaped room and rush will go to the correct door

For some strange reason I had a hiding spot next to the correct door and Rush literally went right past me and I had a crucifix equipped and it didn’t activate.

Bassicly rush/ambush hitbox is ray-casting bassicaly if you can’t see rush/ambush then he won’t get you in some spots like in T shaped stairs room if you go behind a closet cause you can’t see him also the luggage carts protect you cause there’s invisible barrier and at the side of the closet in the luggage room with beds you can also survive and in the x shaped rooms if you go to any sides where the rush/ambush is not coming also behind the couch near a closet you can hide there also behind the closet in the greenhouse you can hide in the corner of a L shaped room and in super hard mode you can hide behind the tables cause there’s almost no closet Also in the greenhouse and locked rooms you can hide and you can also hide in the key room with 1 door at the side of closet/bookshelf (in the destroyed key room)

In door 50 if ambush comes at 47 but you runned to door 50 without dying you can hide in some spots but it’s harder cause library is big so ambush will rebound many more times cause he needs to find the door + it will make the library dark but there’s a glitch where ambush dosent make rooms dark but it’s rare glitch

Rush just goes under ground lol what a sight to see

Most people: hide in the closet/under the bed! Some people: stay out of rush's sight Even less people: Do in plain sight against ambush! Me: hide in drawer

Rush and ambush use raycasting instead of an actual hitbox, that's why these work. So pretty much if you're behind something you're safe

you can hide pretty much ANYWHERE when was is coming.. just make sure that its NOT IN HIS SIGHT!

i once crouched down and looked at the ground and i avoided rush even though i was straight in his path

The past room was just separated with a wall, and rush went in the past room, near the wall that separates the room where u are and then he entered your current room and you hid in time.

Btw, when you are stepping in a snare in the greenhouse while Rush is coming, theres a 0.1% chance that the snare might actually save you from Rush. But its very rare since the very tiny transparent thing is soo tiny tho.
