Looks cool... I like how that table of contents is set up a number of ways so that you can look up based on how much time you have to play or difficulty... smart!

I thought that was very good as well since this game usually clobbers me. This will at least help me to understand how much pain I want to serve up!

I've been waiting for mine from Game Steward for so long that I forgot about it until I saw this video. Never doing this again with a Portal game.

My copy arrived today with a couple of deep gouges on the shipping box. I opened it up hoping the main game wasn’t damaged. Unfortunately the box had a little damage on a corner. Three years wait! 😞

I cant believe that I didn’t get any type of shipping or tracking notification yet. I’m in California and someone in Oregon got their tracking on the 7th. Crazy.

Playing my first game currently. There are so many rules clarifications and weird cases that you need to look up. I strongly suggest keeping the BGG forums and official FAQ open. The FAQ does need substantial updating, however. In any case, I really like the gameplay and will keep this. But if I move anywhere and need to free up space, I’ll be more than happy to sell this off. But for now, I will play it from time to time. Just hate how you need to make up your own “thematic” rules a few times per game.

If you can imagine, it has gotten much better overtime. I actually sold the first edition of this game, because there were so many things that were not explained clearly it was too much of a chore to play. In its current form it is way better, but still has the issues that you talk about.

I found the book with the stretch goals for $60. Do you think you get enough content for it to be worth that much? Or just better wait for the retail at 30 something?

That’s a tough call. It depends on how much you love the game. Lots of scenarios are different versions of what is all ready in the base game box.

Nice review, could anyone tell me how many scenarios are in this book?

Close to 50 I believe but realize there are several versions of the same scenario that makes up the 50.

I love this game but man, was this a terrible campaign. Im anxiously awaiting the game which should be arriving in a day or two. I really want to try and play all fifty scenarios.

No chance the I back another Kickstarter from Portal due to the ridiculous delay on this one. I have cut down my Kickstartering substantially in the last couple of months. Unless it is a game from a designer that I really love.

@@JohnLaRuffa same here! I think the delay was because Portal made all language editions at once. They better not do that next time, but I won’t be backing another game from them. I’m sure that Ignacy T. will realize a drop in backers.
