Robs impression of norm crying gets me every time 😂
Rob is a nice guy but man when he fights he looks scary as shit when he's all hyped up slamming his chest. One of the best to ever do it
Dana forgot the word challenging. Robert was so talented from the jump. You see some guys on TUF that are so raw, but Robert was always slick.
One of the best middleweights to ever do it. Gotta love Bobby.
They made Rob look like he was in baywatch when he was doing that 5K run 😂
3:37 "could not stop smiling" - yeah maybe on the inside Rob 🤣

I loved this! Really well put together! Also liked the ending, how Dana just loves both Robert and Kelvin. "look at those legs" "you can run for a big boy", "stud", "great teamwork guys, you guys are awesome!"
These best moments videos are great! Not just the memories from the show but the nostalgia of remembering where I was when it aired and who I was watching it with. Also the life events happening at the time and where I was at with my martial arts training compared to now. Thank you ❤
7:29 “Just finished him on the ground” nah bro he clearly was out cold before he ever hit the ground 😂
The transition from Rob winning to coaching was pretty cool🎉
Was at 271 for the Izzy rematch! And it was the best experience from a live outing I’ve had. I still keep my ticket stub in my wallet👏🏾👏🏾

Imagine Rob at welterweight. Bro would’ve ran through 170 in the ufc. He’s tearing people up at his natural weight class at middleweight.

@Zizoujr11

No way, Rob at welterweight would’ve been a disaster. He would have to cut probably 30-35 pounds to make 170 which would greatly affect his chin, and it’s already questionable at middleweight (his only weakness)
