As we head into the War of 5 Kings, videos often cover the famous battles like the Whispering wood or the Blackwater, but I've so far failed to find a single video describing the Battle beneath the Wall between the Nights Watch and Wildlings. Surprising really as its one of the longest (lasts 4 chapters) and most entreging conflicts in the whole series. Hopefully we'll see it soon

Legend of the Galactic Heroes would be ab gold mind in of itself, to explore the war between Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance, and the rise of Reinhard von Lohengramm and Yang Wen-li. After that, Star Wars Legends is filled with good stuff like the Old Sith Wars and the New Sith Wars and so on. Other than that there a lot of Star Trek you could play with, like the Earth-Romulan War, or the Federation-Cardassian Wars, and the big one, the Dominion War.

Danaerys was told they went to Braavos, however this is a lie because the "House with the Red Door" also had a lemon tree visible from its windows. Braavos is way too far to the north to even have citrus trees. Not only that but simply are no trees in Braavos. Firewood is extremely expensive as it must be brought in with trading ships. And even *if* there was a lemon tree somehow, she couldn't have seen it through the permanent fog covering the city. Truth is we don't know exactly where she was at the time, but we do know Dany's story is not accurate. Her memories are too foggy and jumbled to be reliable.

It's a shame that Tywin Lannister and his armies stayed neutral for nearly the entire war but made sense because the Mad King had his son Jaime Lannister as both his bodyguard and hostage. At least he joined Robert's side at the end by marching on King's Landing, sacking the city, and wiping out the Mad King's entire family and bloodline. Your map with troops movements highlights something that always bothered me about the battle of the Trident. If the rebels marched from the west and had control of the Riverlands, how did they find themselves north of the Trident? Did they pull back to a defensible position?

''I want to draw mountain (Gregor Clegane) into the west, Into our country where we could surround him and kill him i want him to chase us''- Robb stark (GOT S3.E3 ) The Same strategy Used by the rebel forces, They want to force the royal army to chase them And if battle fall against Rebel army they had a chance to retreat to the Eyrie or North but in the west they caught between Tywin's territory and walder frey who could easily chose a side by battle determination, So thats why they chose Northern bank of trident river and surprisely charge on royal forces when they tried to cross the river.

Its not Ser Gerald but Ser Gerold Hightower Also in Asoiaf they don't have Williams but Willams. Elia was not Doran's daughter but his sister. The Dornish rulers are not referred to as "Lords" but 'as "Princess" it was one of their most key demands when they united with the other kingdoms. The sword of the morning is not the name of the sword but the name of its wielder, the sword's name is Dawn. and in house Dayne its ownership is passed to the one who possesses excellent swordsmanship unlike other houses where it goes from father to son. with Arthur being the last true holder. other than this your video was superb.

Absolutely fantastic video. The quality is far beyond anything I could ever have hoped for. I expected the channel to be subpar to Kings and Generals, you proved me wrong. However the easily notable mistakes that could have been picked up any fan of the book series, and fixed with a quick Fandom Wiki search, makes me cringe a little. Other than that amazing job, really looking forward to seeing things like the Battle of the Bastards, the War of Five Kings, the Greyjoy Rebellions' etcs. Keep up the good work, the army supports you.

Isn't it quite ironic that the first hand of the king was a Baratheon, whom would take over the House of Durrandon. House Baratheon would help bring an end to Targaryeon rule hundreds of years later.

In my CK2 game, playing as Rhaegal, Kingslanding was breached , Grandmaster Pycell killed my father the Mad King in cold blood instead of Jimie Lannister. I gathered my host to meet Robert who occupied Kingslanding, during the battle, Robert meets me in battle, challenges me to single combat, I let my Kingsguard Lewyn Martell fight for me. Robert slaughtered him, and pressed on towards me. I thought it was all over, but the Dragon Prince prevailed against the tide of history kill, killed Robert , captured Stannis and the rebellion was over. That was an epic game.
