I admit to saying that when I was 7 I was obsessed with Robert. His charisma, beauty and music were my way out. Today it is melancholy. He will live forever in my heart.

Second half of the 90s it's underrated imo, theres so much extraordinary music and some of the most creative and fundational allbums created, the end of the Millenium brought a spark of creativity and urge to expression, like a Grand finale.

20 years ago my best friend was killed in a road accident, we loved this song. Now when I hear it, all the memories come flooding back and it takes me back to some of the happy times we had way back then.

I remember hearing this song everywhere in the mid-90s, and not knowing who it was. Drove me crazy, because I love this song. I used to work at a department store called Ames and they played this every day on the satellite radio, but they don't say who it is, and this was before the Internet was big. I never knew who it was until about 2014, when I happened to remember hearing it in promos for the movie "Ever After", even though it wasn't used in the movie, and from that, I was able to find out the artist and title. I think I played this song 20 times that day alone - better late than never, I guess. Still one of my favorites!

Ive been looking for this since 20yrs... Used to listen with my walkman. I dont really remember from where i got the cassette. There was no cover. Containing mosy hit songs of that time. This was my fav. amog all. But never had the chance to know the name of the song or the artist. Now listening with wet eyes... oh man so much memories ..

Thanks Robert, I have a young friend discovering your music and Dreamland for the first time and he plays this track over and over, I programmed a special patch on my Korg Kross to play this and Children live and I call that patch 'Miles Dream', it has that same classic M1 piano sometimes mashing it up with tubular bells LOL, just classic stuff now...it and the material from Dreamland will live forever...

Robert Miles didn't have a KORG M1. He played 100% on the Kurzweil K2000 synth.

The piano at end is magical. He made a mark with this one.

Every time I hear "Nostalgia" or "Nostalgic" I think of a beautiful piano masterpiece composed by Yanni.
