One of the clutchest shots in NBA history. Right up there with Michael Jordan’s shot over Craig Ehlo, Kawhi Leonard’s shot to win the 2019 Semi-Finals, Ray Allen’s miracle 3 that saved Miami, and Kyrie Irving’s 3 over Steph Curry to clinch the 2016 championship comeback from 3-1.

Ive been a Laker fan since I learned about the NBA in 2001 at age 4 (my family is from LA). Shaq became my favorite player instantly. When he went to Miami in 2004 they became my 2nd favorite team and have been ever since. I know all about bandwagon fans. But for all the real Lakers fans, may this moment live in your hearts forever.

Yes, the Kings blew a 24-point lead, but they had a chance to win Game 4. All they had to do is to grab one rebound on the final play of the game and they didn't do it. Memo to Vlade Divac: grab the rebound with both hands instead of slapping it back to Robert Horry for the game-winning trey.

Many times in Sports, a single devastating loss has seemed to start a steady decline in a franchise who was having tremendous success up to that point. It seems to be a very common trend, I guess shocking losses tend to have much more severe lingering effects than we'd all realize. Losing in dramatic fashion by say a point or two actually devastates a team worse than getting completely blown out. Having victory where it appears to be assured, then dramatically losing is catastrophic.

Detest the Lakers and a majority of their players, but Horry, man I loved watching that guy, one of the greatest clutch players I've ever seen. 7 rings to show it. He would have 8 if he made the 08 Celtics roster. He just has "IT" that unexplainable knack.

Was the NBA was a farce when Bill Russell, Bob Cousy, Red Auerbach and the Celtics reeled off 11 titles in 13 years between 1957-1969? Give me a break. You're the farce just because the Sacramento Kings failed to seal the deal in the 2002 Western Conference Finals against the L.A. Lakers. No wonder why the Kings currently have the longest NBA title drought.
