Robbie Robertson brought so much attention, recognition and appreciation of Native Indian peoples, their Spirituality and culture. Some of the most beautiful and moving music ever written. Divinely inspired. Thank you Robbie 🙏 🕉

Just heard that Robbie passed over yesterday, when a friend emailed this clip. I loved his music, especially the second song here… I’m going to look for his song ‘Today is a Good Day to Die’, now It seems appropriate… It’s a sad day. I’ve loved Robbie for 30 years. RIP Robbie, you were one of the good ones. 💕🌈

The second vocal group is Ulali who, unfortunately, only put out one cd, but singer Pura Fe (on left) continues to put out solo cd's. Not sure on the others...

Uno dei protagonisti del film documentario di Martin Scorsese intitolato The Last Waltz", dedicato proprio alla chiusura dell'attività concertistica di questa formidabile band, di cui ricordo la splendida canzone "The Weight". Five years later I'm still coming back for more. :) I sing with the ladies but I still have no idea what it is I'm singing is there a translation somewhere maybe? Also I want to say that there are you tubers who do reaction videos and to one couple I made a request that they do this video, not sure if they will or not but I really hope they do. There are a whole lot of artists who aren't really heard or listened to a whole lot and I think its way late that these people need to be heard more. Was thinking about doing my own channel dedicated to these outstanding artists that I think are greatly over looked at times we need to get you out there more and let those that have never heard you guys hear you especially the young ones who may not know a thing about you its a shame because you guys do truly beautiful work. Only thing that stops me really is I dont relish the idea of getting banned from here over copy write issues not sure how to get people out there without playing there music some how the two go hand in hand. Peace.

Beautiful music. Very heart felt. Sad thoughts. We [I am white] DO have a lot of thinking and understanding to do. And, then, speaking out for justice for ALL of the American people, and the other people of this world. We're so beyond the Tea Party hatred. Which is why America's doors need to remain open wide to anybody, from wherever, can come to try and make a better life for themselves and their families. It helps those of us already here to understand better how this world is slowly changing to the good. We now have one of the greatest Presidents we've ever had. We need to get behind him this last year of his presidency. And, we can't let the GOP back into the White House.
