@@lauramarlen8795 he got them in detention because of HIS dragon and he didn't told the truth. He told harry and ron to follow the spiders to know something hagrid could have told them, they instead almost got killed by aragog's kids.

Robbie Coltrane is a great actor. Hagrid is one of the most remembered character of Harry Potter's world and of course, one of my favorite. He is also very kind and friendly. The best friend of Harry, Ron and Hermione)!!!!!

It was a very sad day when the brilliant, funny and very lovely Robbie Coltrane died.
This guy is loved everywhere fo playing Hagrid, He's loved in spanish speaking countries because of El Bananero, the first true youtuber ever, who transformed Hagrid into EL PELUCA!

Robbie Coltrane is Scottish, Hagrid has a west country accent like Dorset, Devon, Cornwall.
I always loved how Hagrid would say "Hermione" (Her-miyo-nee)
