The point in the video where the guy is filing the eye hole on the shaft where the monofilament connects. What is he using to file down this eye hole very interested to know I have a lot of chefs that I need to smooth out.

It is first machined with a custom tool then hand polished with string and rubbing compound.

@@RobAllenSpearfishing thanks I've been using Mitchell's abrasive Emory cord works great but wears out pretty quick. I was looking at diamond cutting wire 1mm for the initial bevel. I'll try dyneema with cutting compound.

Very cool to see how this awesome gear is put together. Though seeing individual wishbones getting thier own plastic bags is a little bit sad.
