There are no more available in that price range… now you'd be looking in the 300's. They have full security, property management and taxes are only about ½% of the value. You can also rent your unit yourself…. cheers tj

Did you say 200K? Are these properties furnished already? Can you tell me about property taxes and condo assoc fees? Do these properties have any type of security, like a guard or cameras? My Mom left me a condo in Panama and the property taxes are extremely high... I'm curious about the property taxes on development you are showing.. Can property owner's rent their units without any condo association restrictions? What's your percentage on your commision? Do u provide property mngmnt? Thanx!
