If you don`t have a good income when you retire in USA you are in trouble. In Honduras lets say Roatan, Copan Ruinas, Valle de Angeles, Santa Lucia, you can live comfortable with one thousand dollars.

We stayed Christmas week at Palmetto Bay and just loved the resort with the exemption of one thing, the SAND FLEAS just ate my husband up like chigger/mosquitos bites. We used the repellant lotion recommended as did the other guest and not only were we attacked by these critters the other guest were as well. We were told these sand fleas only jump about 3’ high and that explained why they were not biting us in our villa, the restaurant and pool because all the structures are elevated above their jumping height.

Did she say the immigrants!?? That would be americans/canadians or brits... I understand what she said and its beautiful the way she expressed herself. Sweet lady.

haven't been back in over five years and watching Roatan videos as family rehab. Miami sucks, it sucks so so bad you cannot even imagine unless you live here and hate it with a passion, each day is extortion and we're set to leave here earliest on 2027, ideally 2029 to buy that Roatan house in cash, on the beach or a dozen acres uphill with sea views, but my Honduran husband dreams of Roatan retirement his whole life, we got our advanced scuba cert. there & he proposed on me there in Guambalimba Park on the bridge, it's our home in heart, we consider opening Valente Brothers jujutsu academy franchise there, or not, as it's high tourist traffic, or maybe it would be good for high-end jujutsu camps, still more years to contemplate, but know this Miami SWAT mans family is on the way home and 100% buying in Roatan, as Utila is just too sand-flea loaded & that's for the young kids. Roatan is where it's at. God I miss it, I miss it so much.

Very interesting interview. But please cut the background music; it makes hearing someone speak difficult and is just a distraction. If you want music, put it before or after someone speaks. Also, use the free and easy to use Audacity software to normalize your voice with the person being interviewed. That way their loudness evens out.
