Being a medico myself i can speak for everyone when i say that no such awareness is included in our curriculum about lgbtq community. But in our college several programs were organized, talks by members of the lgbtq community which were enlightening. Hats off for your effort . Must do more videos related to this.

I was a transphobic and homophobic before 2yrs. After I joined my college the section 377 was declared as unconstitutional and many of my friends were celebrating, they screened some movies, formed new club, I felt the same as you mentioned at the beginning, where this world is going to?. . I even realized some of my friends were homosexual but didn't reveal initially , some were so confused about their gender. I realised how hard to be in that scenario then. When the world is chasing for their dreams there r people who are confused about gender ,their way of living, the pressure of society, ignorance from others and a lot more. My perspective changed so much. It changed when I spent time with them, realized the situation, but I don't think everybody will get a chance like that. This video very well explained it. And I hope the audience will really take this seriously!..

Yes, very true, sex education is very important . Also, it is very sad that Gayathri doesn't understand that the elderly did not get the same. They were raised in a homophobic society and taught to look down upon homosexuals. Raising the next generation by providing adequate knowledge about homosexuality and trans-sexuality should be the norm. Why blame the past generations, when governments itself had homophobic laws until very recently.

Hi chechi, As a Lesbian, watching your video makes me really happy and hopeful that atleast the newer generation will accept me..... I've been facing depression ever since I realised that I'm into people who are the same gender as I'm. Ashamed to say that this mainly arises from the internalized homophobia we are all fed in with from the childhood itself. I'm just 16 but this same homophobia has made me stand on the edge of giving up my life. When I normally speak to my parents about the LGBTQ+ community they seem quite forward and accepting, but when I came out to them they ignored me saying that this was just a phase and was because I watched too much of social media 😂.... I should vist the temple often and pray to God for a better life Honestly I just hope that these views wither away over time and with the help of accepting and understanding people like you it will be hopefully as fast as possible :) I just poured out my mind to you.

Oh it was much worse. He was tried in a court, had to plead guilty, had a choice of imprisonment or probation, which he choose the latter, during which he was ordered to undergo hormonal therapy for a year which made him impotent!!!

You know there was a incident at my school when I was studying at plus one.A doctor came to my school for talking to us.He said transgenders was just an emotional imbalance and can be treated and he also criticized the science community for complicating things(his own words) by adding transgender as separated gender besides male and female.Then he criticized Western countries for legalizing homosexual marriages and also criticized India for doing the same.The most sad part of this was a boy at my school asked the doctor a question regarding the homosexuals.He asked the doctor should us educated the homosexual that what they are doing is wrong.This proves how much transphobic and homophobic people influence the youth of today I think videos like this very great and should be seen by everyone

@@jaithrakhosh8678 exactly and with the spread of thai bl culture in india in the recent days has (i hope it really has) widened at least a bit of the thought spectrum of people here. i don't expect them to totally encourage or support it i just don't want them to be biased and intolerant towards the lgbtq community. i'm grateful to thai bls forever bc i know that at least a small part of the previously ignorant, homophobic teenagers and adults are now more accepting due to them.

But in bible it is said that masturbation is also a sin, these homophobic people conveniently forget that. we still follow things which were 'normal' 2000-3000 years back.. @@allybinu2 in genesis 38, a guy named Onan spilled his seed instead of putting it inside. This angered god and he took his life. When the Bible was written people believed that sperm contained little humans. They did not know about the egg carried by females. Hence for them jacking off into the toilet was same as abortion. Also apart from this jacking off obviously will involve lustful thoughts which is equal to adultery as per the Bible. Maybe you could think about only your wife when you do it then you could avoid the sin. Also the catholic church has an official statement against masturbation, you can check it out on the interwebs

Did you use homeopathy accidentally ? Bz homeopathy, ayurveda, naturopathy, acupuncture and many other non-allopathic streams have aided in curing and healing millions of people.. And even though i don't follow astrology purely because of choice, it's an ancient science that has shown unexplainable significance and results. There may be a lot of scammers in it though. But everything that we cannot explain with modern science is not a sham.

Because lot of people perceive masculinity with beard and moustache here. In Korea, having smooth baby face is considered handsome. Different notions on beauty standards i guess. Disheartening to see people labelling kpop stars as gays just because they don't have moustache.

This comment section is pretty awesome ❣️ in my life, these kinda phobias came from my elders. Meeting a lot more people and traveling is what helped me, I learned to understand the differences instead of resisting or having any hate towards them. The more you learn, the more you'll be empowered. I'm so happy that there are this many of us coming together in support, despite the hate spread through mainstream movies and entertainment, we might actually have a better future 😊
