Roast dinner & special "arepa & stuffing" wraps 👌😊👍

Ойын-сауық

Hi all! We where going to prepare Arepas for special, but didn't have enough maize meal, so I've decided to try something new, and mixed it with stuffing mix. It was really nice, I'll definitely do it again 👌😊👍

Hi Mr T, I keep listening over and over and even put on closed caption but still can't figure out what the pig meat is called. We call it "ham" here in the States. What are your patrons calling it? from Penny in Richmond, Indiana.

Just to add confusion, what you would call 'a ham', we generally call 'gammon' unless it's cooked, then it's a ham. As long as it's served cold. Hot is generally called gammon. What you'd call ham as in steaks for red-eye etc., we'd call gammon both cooked and uncooked.
