    With naturals needing a more gentle approach to heat does that also mean you normally want to charge at a lower temperature?

    Charge the roaster with the flame down or off for 1 minute before turning the flame back to your usual position.

    Heat soak I'd assume, or pre-heating would be a better way of saying it in terms that non pro roasters might understand :)
