Peter Honoré sir, that is a beautiful sounding amp! I can only imagine how nice it must sound in the room!! YT compresses the hell out of the videos, so that we can't really get a clue on how something really sounds, but even over YT it sounded great. My amps have always been Fenders. I have goofed around and purchased a few others over the years, with mostly extreme disappointment, usually in the clean headroom department. I was raised with Fenders, as part of the Fender family (my uncle started working for Leo back in 1958, until he retired in 86) so that Fender sound has always been the soundtrack of my life. I know there are probably a bunch of folks that are die hard Marshall or Vox folks reading this but hey, everyone has their particular tastes in tone. And even though I have a couple of Fenders now, and one Laney Cub 212R that I plug my acoustic into the effects loop in the back (you should try this!! Bypass the amplifiers pre-amp and just use the power amp side of an electric guitar amplifier... it's pretty amazing), if I was going to go pay the big bucks for a special amp, my favorite being an original 65 blackface twin reverb, I wouldn't. Originals can have too many issues for as much as I play, and the re-issues don't really cut it. They're close, but just not quite there. If I was going to step up and pay the big bucks, I'd go for a Louis Electric Deltone. When you're going to a boutique amp builder for that something really special, like Peter did here, you expect it to be worth the extra cost. I feel Peter really got something special here! Great video as always Danish Pete!!! Love your work and your music!! Bob in Germany

It never fails to please me to hear an amp recorded simply in the room (i.e. not closemiked). This is how they sound. This is the sound of the air moving as your ear hears it. You don’t have your ear next to the speaker at a live gig (unless you’re stupid). I so wish many of my favourite channels (you know the ones, because you are here, too) would take note. Dave Simpson can do it, why can’t they? Perhaps it’s the history of recording that sets the precedent. But the development of separating instruments and isolating inputs grew out of both certain genres of music and in response to technological convenience. It’s so sterile. This is glorious.

May seem like a simple question but I haven't really found an answer to it yet. This tele sounds much more like a thinline than a solid body guitar to me because of the (difficult to explain) lightness of the sound. It sounds like it can really breathe if you understand what I'm trying to say. Is this some characteristic of the guitar anyways, or some setting on the amp/knobs on the guitar, or Pete's playing? Love the sound so therefore I'm trying to figure out what it is that causes it. I would like to make use of such a sound in my own work as well.. Would appreciate any tips to find out how to do so!

Frog Leap Studios fan here. You got my sub!
Loving the purple. 🎵
Sounds lovely. Bit like The Dr Z Z Lux which loves Teles like no other amp in z world!
Sounds lovely
dude Pete, that sounds gorgeous! so full and chimey yet not treble its actually mellow and wide!
If you can't hear a difference, no reason to put it in... I like that comment! Nice amp Pete and nice playing! I like the color matching too.
This was great Pete, love that amp too.
i remember the video of john mayer testing out his signature two rock years ago.
Absolutely stellar sounding amp @Peter Honoré, thank you for the vid dude, love the purple Tele I so want one lol I wished I lived in the UK I’d buy one it sounds bloody amazing, hello from Australia 👋🏻👋🏻
I gotta find one of those pedals as well ( The Dane ). Not easy to find in Canada. May have to order one from Anderton's when the Silly Season is over. Great job on that, as well, Pete. Best of the Holidays to you and yours.

Nice of his secret passenger to do the filming though... ahem
Very taste playing Pete. I’d so much like to hear a whole album of this on vinyl.
Outstanding playing
Pretty nice dude! Your own custom amp, custom Tele and custom pedal! Sounds great... hopefully we will hear it recorded properly at some point!
This sounds incredible.
Everything purple Pete! Style!
Congrats. Nice amp. Matches your guitar.
Purple tele didn't make the front seat?! 😱😱
Tasty playing as always! This amp is absolutely superb. Is the background music on your drive from this amp?
Sounds awsome!!!
Sounds great would actually love to hear a Les Paul played through it
Great sounding amp My fave tubes too 😍👌😁
Yeah that is sweet !
Amazing sounding amp made by an amazing, knowledgeable guy. The thing about Brownface tone stacks was totally new to me and I thought I knew a fair bit about guitar amps! Very cool stuff indeed and it sounded amazing! Would love to hear Chris talk more about the technical stuff. Any chance of getting him on TPS or Andertons' Captain Meets or something so we can hear more?
Damn - I wanna do that when I grow up.
It sounds lovely, Pete. However, you do have an uncanny ability to make almost anything sound great, so I look forward to hearing other people play it. Will you be using it in Andertons videos?
"Up north somewhere like Oxford, Milton Keynes..." - spoken like a true Southerner! :)

Sounds amazing, isnt it also amazing that in theory, some guy somewhere in the 50s/60s got almost the same tone. They really got it right didnt they
nice! I really like this kinda vlog
What’s the track called that’s playing as you drive ? Awesome new amp dude. !!!

I literally thought there was a drop of water on my phone in the lower right. At about 1:15 I tried wiping it off to the left and the droplet smudged left 🤣🤣.
Hey... I found Danish Pete's chanel! Now I can have unlimited awsome guitar playing!
Sounds great! Wish I could get one in the US!
Hey Pete cheers from Southern California Bud! Hey wake up you’re driving on the wrong side of the damn road!!
To see ppl crying about Pete’s “low pants” is annoying. If that’s how he likes them fine. As someone else who lacks in the bottom area, my pants usually look like they’re sagging 😂😂😂. Keep rocking Pete 🤟🏾

With A Mind Wide Open plus, maybe he lost weight. Anyway, I’m with u I could care less if his jeans are riding low.
mega amp in the perfect size package!
Sounds great man. Might be worth borrowing/investing in some portable recording gear though. The amp needed a mic on it.

This amp sounds great, I am going to build one myself. Is it cathode biased or fixed? When you say creamback, I assume it is the 75 watt? Nice room sound! Love it

Again....as I said on insta...your doing good. Keep it up.
Sounds Incredible : )
I love a happy Pete!
Amp sounds great as does your playing , wheres the purple line at Andertons they need that
I dont know how you got away with driving on the wrong side of the road for so long. Brave man
That guy is the only guy who stays 100% calm while Pete is playing his ass off. 😄🙈
What do think about doing a video with the dane going into Fender blues junior and ac15?. I think there would be a mountain of people who would be really interested, can a great pedal make a basic amp sound incredible, just an idea. Have a great Christmas with ya family mate and thanks for the cool videos. 🎸👍
Would appreciate any tips to find out how to do so!
gonna have to try my wee Vox at full tilt, somehow I don`t think my neighbours are gonna be impressed, but hey, I`ll just say Danish Pete told me!
