Road trip in Lithuania | Visiting Merkinė, Alytus, Birštonas, & Prienai
Hi everyone!! It's road trip time! We leave Vilnius with Alex's classmate and visit a lot of new cities. We went to Merkinė, Alytus, Birštonas, and Prienai! We saw and did so much in this one day. Thanks to Alex's classmate for organizing the trip! :)

I love how Lithuania has so many observation towers and boardwalks for experiencing nature. That was so nice of your friend to take you to those cool places!
that's really impressive trip to do in 1 day :) Thanks for sharing!
I would highly recommend visiting Lithuanian Folk Museum at Rumšiškės, you would experience the 19-20 century history of Lithuania, and you will taste many best delicious dishes of Lithuania. Ps that is a must 😃
it is so nice to see some beautiful things on these harder days, thank you, guys!
Thanks for reminding me how beautiful Lithuania actually is! :)

Nice trip! Why didn't you explored Kaunas? It's very unique city. On the other hand few hours for it wouldn't be enough :)
This looked like so much fun! I'm marking them all down on my maps to check out when we next rent a car (except maybe that salty ground water haha)!

Well done for getting out to some of these sites - Alytus and Dubrava are insanely nice places! Hope to see some more of you both in Kaunas as well!

They were very nice! Yes, we need to come to Kaunas again & see more :D
hey guys, you should definitely come to Biržai, the most northern town in Lithuania. We have great beers, food and scenery, also the longest pedestrian bridge in Lithuania. The nature is amazing also. Hit me up if you're interested, I can help with acommodations, I can also show you around, take you fishing etc. :)
Nice trip:))!!
I love Birštonas. its my favorite place:)

Wow. Haven't expected to see my hometown
Music in your videos is always so nice :)
Why noone likes natural mineral watter ?? 😂 I moved away from Lithuania while I was teenager. Never was into Lithuanian culture and stuff. But now everytime I come back to Lithuania is cause of Devil Stone festival in Anyksciai. Yes I can afford spa hotel few minutes walk from the festival grounds instead of sleeping in the tent!!! 😂 You know tropical rain shower, heated floor and comfortable bed with breakfast 😂🤘 And massage/spa after all headbanging, helps alot at my age 😂 Anyways... At the hotel lobby there is a tap of mineral water while you waiting for your lift. So in few minutes while I'm waiting for the lift I always make sure to drink at least one cup of that delicious natural mineral water. Oh and btw I'm drunk right now 😂 But yet still,,, main priority to watch this episode. Thank you for another great video. Inspiring me to move back to Lithuania eventually.
DJ Alex dropped some seriously sick beats for a very exclusive audience
great friend!
In the UK we also fill up first, then pay. I incorrectly assumed it was the same system everywhere!

Wow! I think it used to be that way in the US too.

There are both systems in Lithuania. The most common is to fill up first tho.
Varėna and its districts are the capital of mushrooms , and at the end of summer people collect them in the forests , bring yourself home to eat..! I think you love mushrooms , it's a chance to pick them up yourself from nature and fresh..!! Good time..!!👍😎

Lovely videography, and the music selection is on point! I had to look up "Piano Moment" by Bensound - it's entrancing.
That tower is damn tall :D you can get bored while climbing it :)) The tallest one in Vilnius, TV tower :) About filling up the gas first and paying later. Occasionally the thefts happen, some guys drive the cars with fake license numbers to fill the tanks up and they just drive away. Thats why in nighttime you have to pay first then fill the tank :) Some people forget to pay for the gas it happens some time :D But it usually results in police finding you and you just pay it up later :D No one wants extra trouble :))
