Wow, Casey! I had no idea how beautiful OREGON IS!!!! Thank you for all the video of your trips. I hate big cities and was raised in a small Wisconsin town. Been all over the USA in my 77 years. But, never to Oregon. Lived on a farm in rural West Central Wisconsin for 12 years. Farm folks are very neighborly and helpful. You are a good example!! Discovered your utube videos 3 days ago and have been binge watching from 11pm until 5:30 am. I have insomnia. So it's been fun spending time with you on your adventures. My Dad was a mechanical engineer and raced boats from the mid 1930's until early 1960's. Midwest champion 3 years in a row. Then built Micro Midget race cars himself and was a champion at that, too. I admired my dad and loved going with him to all the races and hanging out with him while he was working on his cars. I learned a lot from him. Love that your daughter ( who is very pretty) goes with you sometimes. Good memories for her, too. I'm an old lady now and you already seem like a great friend I've known for years.. I admire your generosity and kindness to the folks you help. May Jesus Christ be with you and keep you safe.

Are you planning on adding on board air to the Dodge? The cheap Harbor Freight compressors are definitely better than nothing, but I think you'd definitely benefit from having a quality on board air compressor. Maybe even a custom tank for using air tools? Can't wait to see how the Jeep tank performs with those tracks!

Caldwell, Idaho is the trailer capitol of the northwest. If you can't find the ball there, it must not be available. Bruce Willis used to own Soldier Mountain and gave it to the local community so they could keep it running. You should have headed to south Nampa and visited Dustin with Country Repair. He has a good towing and recovery channel and does some wild off road recoveries. He has a snow cat, too. Idaho trailers only need renewal once a decade. Idaho is a lot easier to live in than Oregon.

GM decided there wasn't enough interest in them and discontinued them.

Personally, I think the Jeep w/ tracks is way cool, too! It's not such a huge, heavy thing that takes up so much space. A race horse vs. a drafter...uses for both, but I think you'll have lots of fun w/ the Jeep...Magnets are fine. I don't think they look bad. Do whatever works for you!

Looks like a good set-up. Trailer will be a nice little project to get it up to snuff. If the Jeep with these treads on it is not with a cool factor just give it a name on a magnet when employed. Perhaps a radical name like "Snow bunny" or "Oh, yeah!", whatever direction you want to take the coolness. ;)

My 2020 duramax has proper tow mirrors just like my 79 Chevy C20 and they move in and out electrically so they don't look stupid sticking way out when you don't need them that wide. It also makes it hard on my neck to turn that far to see the mirror when not needed, due to health issues. I hate horizontal mirrors since I have always driven a truck. My K5 mirrors are pretty tall, even though they are horizontal. Dodge should have made an adjustable arm like Ford and GM.
