Petroleum road tanker bottom loading system designed and installed by IFC Inflow at a UK Oil Distribution depot.
The loading system comprises the overfill and ground monitor, high accuracy Acuflow meters, the MPC100 load computer and batch controller, digital flow control valves and the IFC 445 bottom loading arms.
The design of the system ensures that loading cannot take place until the vapour hose and overfill/ground monitor are attached. The monitor will then give the green light for permission to load.
The MPC100 controls all aspects of the load, including driver and vehicle identification, batch load programming and meter flow control via the flow control valves.
