I love the energy of that fisherman. His enthusiasm could motivate anyone to go ice fishing.

😎You have to be extremely optimistic when you go ice fishing... You go looking for what you hope is the perfect spot, and then ya gotta sit there and hope a fish is gonna show up right where you are on that huge lake😂 I do love ice fishing, but much prefer casting off a boat😁

I'd say most ice fishers here do drink while they fish. My grandpa certainly does with his friends. :)

In a fishing hut or tent, out of the wind, it's pretty cozy - a lot have propane heaters. Outside, you need warm boots, and if it's really blowing a snowmobile suit helps.

ROFL - that's like me. I can fish in the same spot as somebody else - they catch nothing, while I catch a fish within a minute of putting my line in!

The people who went through were not crazy.. infact many of craigs friends were on the ice at the same time. someone who had a near death experience shouldnt be called crazy for driving on the ice while 100 other trucks are already on. there was alot of ice in most places and it was a crack. Eskimos are not the most powerful augers either. besides craigs show-voting eg- I fish with all the NHL"er's I enjoyed this
