alot of terrace house renovations I watch usually come out looking copy pasted generic and boring (especially in malaysia), but this house is one of the few that I actually really like. Its full of character and well laid out, especially the light well above the dining table, very well done

This 'rustic' / 'industrial' design is very common in Malaysia too these days 😄

I enjoyed this house tour. It felt very natural and the house is very thoughtfully done. It comes off as a very personal and unique space. You should do more of this type of house tours.

Water pipe in the beam. Wouldnt recommend it cause it poses risks. If the pipe were to burst, it will corrode the rebar in the beam and might cause it collapse. Safety over aesthetics, always

when you have big houses & many empty walls, it's a sign that you need to support local painters & artists ❤

I really love house with a big garden behind. Worth spent and most importantly; the owner loves it.

Dennis seems to be such a genuine, down to earth and all-rounder nice guy

wow...my kind of taste for reno/remodel...n i heard tat idea from a western ID reviewer too reg the washer/dryer upstairs coz the wardrobe is indeed upstairs...unlike americans who hv shoots to drop soiled clothes to the basement to be washed!i am doin similar treatment to my condo too,like a art piece gallery,rustic,industrial,manhattan lofty style...

dont waste money lah... you wake up go work, balik rumah 7-8pm.. weekend, jalan2, balik night also. got kids? kids also in daycare everyday, weekend confirm jalan together. buy good bed, good aircond enough. rest of it? waste of money i tell you. 1.4mil, you invest, 5% profit also will get you earns you 70k you knowwww

I've lived in this neighborhood, everything is great for quiet and pleasant weather but the house space and layout is depressing. Best to buy two adjacent units into one home.

this location was one of my consideration too but cant really tahan the road noise and the idea of single carpark. the terrace house across is really amazing with back garden out of my budget tho. but location is superb

raw/rustic design was a hit a decade ago, nowadays it’s just…………………………………… but anyway it's a personal thing, as long as the owner likes, our comments mean nothing.
