RJS 2019 QUESTION 58. Option C will be correct..In the option it is mentioned that "which may reasonable cause him to recourse to public authorities"...But Section 100 says that cause him to apprehend that he will be unable to have recourse to public authorities.

it will be 90 days if it is Dowry Death. but the question is of 304 Part II. Punishment for culpable homicide.
