​Ques no 10..u asked ques about section 57 of evidence act..which is only about facts judically noticeable..and section 58 is about facts admitted..so the answer will option A which is facts judicially noticeable..but u have selected option D which is both facts judicially noticeable (SECTION 57 ) and facts admitted (SECTION 58) so as per my knowledge and opinion option A is correct..as ques mentions section 57..if it would not have mentioned sec 57 then it could have option D..thank you..:)​@@LawPrepJudiciary
