When you are listing the size of the vessel can you add height above water for bridge clearance?

Me (Eurotrash, 1 year ago) : never heard of Riviera ENTER THE CHAT: Captain Steve Me (Eurotrash, now) : The Riviera Belize is one of the yachts I want most in the world. This "sports" looks great, but the Belize is a very special thing.

I think these boats are made in Australia. Im not 100% sure but Riviera is a known australian company, they build amazing quality boats.

Riviera is made in QLD, Australia. All of their vessels are. in fact they are one of the most awarded employers of apprentices from TAFE (trade schools for early school leavers or those that can't access university and or want to go into non specialised trades) for craftsmanship in Australia and have been awarded for their contributions towards improving our trade in luxury crafts.

1 thousand nautical miles or so.

in dispacement speed @1000 rpm you get around 10 kts and around 740nm and if you drop the rpm´s to 600, you have a somewhat 2000nm @7 kts range

Imagine being able to afford a vehicle that used over 3 gallons of fuel every mile, and that doesn't include the generator usage!!! That is an INSANE amount of fuel!

Sporadic chartering can help soak up your fuel costs.

@@darthkek1953 Most of these owners don't charter for insurance purposes and the need for stricter regulations and getting a captains license. Chartering isnt as easy as it seems. No yacht at the marina I am at charters, at least.

400nm out of 1700G fuel capacity...that's 21st century engineering for you! 🙄

You can do 1000nm at 8-9kts. Boats use a huge amount of fuel at speed, that's just a fact of yachting.
