There are many features of the Rivian I discovered. Here is one of my favorites: shifting without pressing the brake!
Especially during parallel parking or maneuvering this giant beast into a parking spot I have to shift from forward to reverse and back many times. This can all be done in the Rivian without moving my right foot: it stays completely on the gas pedal while I change directions. This makes for much smoother and more comfortable driving. My Kia Niro is always yelling at me to put my foot on the brake while shifting and it is annoying.
This is a very small and seemingly unimportant feature that I really love!
