Just got my R1S - best car I've ever driven!

I have to admit I’ve been hard on Rivian online but this is my first good look at their facilities and I’m a mechanical engineer so I have a pretty good understanding of what I’m seeing and I have to say I hope they are successful. More EVs made in the US is a good thing.

I can't wait to see Rivian campervans!!!

Amazing. There's so much technology here, but it really is a combination of machines, people, systems, and processes. I'm excited to see what Kawasaki and Rivian can do next!

It astounds me how these new auto companies like Tesla, Rivian, BYD and other Chinese can suddenly make cars, good cars. The historical companies have been doing this for 120 years. These guys "just" start hiring and putting together so much expertise. I'm in awe.

BYD and other Chinese makers are heavily subsidized by the Chinese government. Also, IP theft is essentially a Chinese national sport. Just saying.

Very Funny to see that since Tesla made their Factory Tour with FPV Drone that seams to be a good standard for this kind of Videos. Also I had a big laugh for one upping Tesla, when they specifically talked about the wheel and headlights adjustments, because Tesla doesn’t do that properly or at all. In general, good video Rivian!
