Tell your father! My kids listen to Zep, Skynard, Clapton, etc., because that is what they grew up listening to with me. They've introduced me to others they listen to...but I introduced them to Rival Sons, as soon as I discovered them. Music is a beautiful thing to share between parents and their kids! We play and sing together too! It's an awesome feeling sharing something so personal with them that brings us joy! 🎸🎤🎼

So lucky to have live through Zeppelin and Rival Sons. From a girl who was a concert rat and saw just abut every rock band from the 1970s I can tell you Rival Sons has that quality. I love them so much.

+David Zeidler Totally! Saw them two nights ago...and I literally cried like a child after hearing Where I've Been... I was so overcome with emotions! My friend next to me is constantly complaining that there are no good bands anymore...I said " here is a great band..." no response. Like his soul is already dead, or his mind is too closed.

Anne Marie: My son told me about them, like, 5 yrs ago, been mesmerized ever since! I can honestly say there IS NOT one song that I don’t like!!! Amazing, under appreciated group! Curious if this “bigger” label contract will give them more notoriety in the States?

Oh man - I discovered this band in 2020 after I crawled out from somewhere. I pray that Jay never loses this voice. He is just incredible!

This intro is amazing and the song is perfect. This is probably the best radio performance ever.

Man, these guys are just legit. Jay helping with the mic at the beginning, it all seems so organic, so natural.. They should be much, much bigger than they are. Just amazing! What a voice!

I've never had to turn my head so as to not destroy the room with my powerful voice. I wonder what that feels like.

I bet he put much effort to achieve this insane level. It's ok about singing in key, but his use of voice is just crazy. He put much more weight in to his upper register that a lot of guys before him. He is monster)

Raw talent shows its face in many ways, a great voice and the ring of an acoustic guitar have a natural appeal but your lack of ability to appreciate music that is made in other ways says nothing about the music and more about you

+Skunky Vibes Mic technique is lost on most singers as they tend to be know it all, unreliable, douche nozzles, but this dude is on it. I'd imagine he "had" to learn it as he sings "full voice" which is rare, and tends to royally fuck up any attempted recordings if you have NO mic technique. I've no idea how these dudes aren't the biggest band in the world. Jay Buchanan's voice is the best I've heard since Vedder back in the day. He's moving every time you hear him.

That voice is a wonder of the world, could be the best rock voice of all time in my opinion

Best band I’ve heard in a long ass time. I only just discovered them a couple months back. They need to be played more. But I’m glad they aren’t being ruined by the music machine. True artist. Jay is amazing and him and Scott compliment each other so well. This is real music. A little bit of everything in them. Great band damn.

Reminds me a lot of Jeff Buckley for god's sake, impressive vocals. And specially in the first verse falsetto, incredible resemblance to good ol' Jeff. Totally amused with this band, this and the spectacular rendition of Hopelessly devoted to you are my current favorite tracks in this whole universe

Still one of my absolute favourite live performances, ever... if not, actually my favourite. Just perfectly imperfectly perfect.

Pure Power in that voice....I feel safe again that Rock cannot die.

Rival Sons.....keep it up guys. You are not carrying the mantle, you ARE the mantle in this dreck filled, plastic sheen, fairy scope, putrid cheeseball musical landscape. Face of Light will be a classic, keep playing it.....don't buckle. The new stuff is good too...keep churning it out. You have surpasses The Black Crowes (your closest sound similar band) in my mind as far as diversity. Who cares about the charts? They have never been so manufactured. Come to Detroit for a few shows in a row and see what following you will get here.

How does this not have millions of views? I can't stop watching this.

I keep coming back and listening to this song. in my mind it is perfection. I love music but this is the only song (this version at least) that I think is absolutely perfect.

The last of my elders have just passed over. These 2 guyz help me get thru this and appreciate what I have left, even more. Keep up the good work and seen you soon in Detroit.

This is a gem our generation. This needs to be preserved because my kids and then theirs and the generations that come after must witness and hear this. I cry every time because of its sheer beauty. An absolute gem.

I'm blown away by this band, especially Jay's vocals. Just saw them last night at The Belly Up Tavern in San Diego. They were true to form and sounded as good or better live than they sound on their CD's. Can't wait until they come back around to San Diego so I can see them again.

the more and more I listen to these guys the more I hear. Their songs are thoughtful and beautifully constructed. It's so UNRock to be so precise but they do it so effortlessly that it becomes Awesome ROCK. Listen carefully to every song many times and you'l see what I'm saying. And the backup vocals are awesome too.

They never fail to blow me away with their talent. These guys are superstars and have not got paid like it yet.They are blowing up quickly within the last three years. I am so glad That Metal Show turned me on to them and their music two years ago because I have been a major fan every since. TMS knew a year into this bands career that this was a band that was going to take over quickly, and you can see it a year later all the guests are saying it is their favorite up and coming band. That says a lot about their talent.
