i mean. it was not just sunak's fault. its the entire conservative party since brexit. how embarassing for a country to go through the amount of leaders we have all from the same party over the past few years. It shows that its not just the prime minister, but the party itself that is an issue.

It's great to see a humble man handing over power without any sense of malice, pride or prejudice. His comments on Kier Stamer were kind, professional and considered. This speech highlights the difference between someone like Donald Trump who refused to accept defeat and a gentleman like Rishi Sunak. And no, I'm not a Conservative. Just making an observation.

I am an Indian and I don't know much about British politics and it's nuances. But Sunak's wife is the daughter of Indian tech billionaire who's company is registered in India. She inherits a portion of that wealth which is generated in India. I don't know why she has any obligation to pay a tax to UK on that wealth (generated in India) while she is an Indian citizen. No country's laws on earth provide that weirdness. I don't know how Sunak earned his wealth, but if he did it through Govt corruption, then he deserves this defeat and should be prosecuted under law. But targeting him solely because his wife has a rich family background is to me very absurd.

How short is your memory that you forget the mess made by Boris, Liz Truss, Covid a, furlough and Brexit, if he hadn’t succeeded these useless previous PM he would have done great things. In this job, his successes will be all our successes, and I wish him and his family well. Whatever our disagreements in this campaign, He is a decent, public spirited man who I respect. He and his family deserve the very best of our understanding as they make the huge transition to their new lives behind this door.
