1.75 hour commute to work and 1.75 hour back home. I sleep 4-5 hours when I get home even though sometimes I just want to quit I push to work out. Was 400+lbs now after 2 years I am at 265lbs. Keep pushing everyone you got it 🙌👏💪

I Want to thank you, I had been at the bottom for a long long time, Hopeless, without desire of live. now I found strength and meaning for my life. I still suffer and cry, but now I can face life from another perspective, now I live for me just me. I figth for me first. then others even family. You got this my friend, I was in this place for far too long. I’m not sure your thoughts on therapy but I recently started something called EMDR and it took a few months and it changed everything for me. I pray for you that you continue on this path forward and you continue to grown and loving yourself ❤️

I know what I have to do and what my purpose is. I was frustrated why individuals use hate, disrespect, and try to use friendship or being a team to force or push their logical why they don't have and you do. I made a commitment to live and be alive in my dreams and my purpose. I want to thank them for everything they said, do, and will do. I found out I am good being myself whether I am or not. I am happy God gifted this. I will walk with confidence and gratitude for all he has given me, even the worst days. I am free to be me.

your purpose will always be your life, your own happiness, yourself. you must do whatever that gives you joy and happiness. I use to feel that I don't deserve nothing, I use to live to others but not for me. thanks to marcus videos i have recalled that I am so important just like anyone. love yourself, love life, love others. while we have life we have hope. blessings😇🙏👍🤜🤛
