I just became a data engineer like 2 years ago and I fought like hell to get a job like this. Crazy part is now that I’m in this position I have to fight even harder than I fought to get here, the ladder keeps growing. What I’m realizing about being successful is that it is truly a lifestyle. It gets hard but no one cares. Things you aren’t willing to sacrifice for someone else will. Be passive and watch someone enjoy the blessings you could have had. Keep your vision huge and pray for the capacity to handle having consistency where you are. Pray to be surrounded by the right hungry people or do it alone! Stay blessed y’all

Why do we feel the need to escape the pain? When the pain is meant to help us…I am asking because I run from the pain of what it takes to achieve what I want.
