In TV series 'Genius' it was shown that Eddington first went to USSR, and due to war, he also get caught and couldn't take the photograph of eclipse. But it was a blessing in disguise for Einstein, as his calculation had some mathematical error. Later he rectified these errors and then when the next eclipse occurred, this story in the video happened. So was that Russia part true?

Light doesn't bent, it always go in straight line, nd here due to sun gravity space-time is bending, so light traveling through this space is appear to bend but it actually following straight path nd her actually space is bending!

@@prakharanand7012 yeah I have already seen that and I have also understood what sir said. I was just saying that gravity can't be a force as it has effect on light but since light is massless and any force cannot do anything to any massless thing so gravity can't be a force.

@@ArvindKumar-ud2kx and since you add that,... We know gravity is the curvature of spacetime in the einsteinian model,... But isn't this wierd? Something as abstract as space, i.e length or distance, just space, and time, the passage of which allows things to happen, can affect something as physical as... Well every particle, planets, stars.... Isn't this strange? Don't u think Einstein must have explained this idea in a more fundamental way, a little more depth is still missing to me. How does space and time interact with object... Think bout this and give me ur thoughts. It's like a piece of a chocolate bar, the back part of this bar is Einstein's ideas, and the front part is that of quantum physics.... Something has to connect these, something is still missing, which could explain gravity more fundamentally, but we have to explore.
