@@personperson143 black people discriminate whites. Besides, apartheid was not racist. It was a law system based on cultural and educational differences. But it failed in the regard of most of the blacks. And that failure made it unbearable to uphold. Also, since apartheid South Africa has gone backwards. Blacks and whites have less jobs and the government is corrupt as hell. And then Zimbabwe. Rhodesia existed for so long because it was a good economic power

I was born and raised in Southern Rhodesia until I was 11, when we emigrated to New York for my father's job (an Anglican Priest). Though I am now in old age...even though I don't feel it. I still have very Vivid and fond memories of living in Southern Africa. Two countries can be renamed, but they will always be Rhodesia in my heart and mind.
