Picked up a 2018 Ripley LS 4 days ago. Coming from a 150/140 Enduro build, the Ripley is an AMAZING change of pace. Fast up, fast down, and I haven't yet found it's limits for a trail ride. I'll keep the Enduro for park days and shuttle runs, but the Ripley will be seeing 90% of my trail miles.

One of the simple things I would suggest to advocate more trail maintenance is to encourage riders to stop and do one thing each ride to improve the trail. Kick a problem rock off the trail, snap an over grown branch, etc. Too many people ride by small problem features over and over and wait for somebody else to address it and they start to add up. I ride with small hand pruners in my pack.

I'd be a fool to not at least demo a Ripmo before plunking down $5000+ on a Ripley. Unfortunately I have been unable to find an XL Ripmo to demo. Maybe this summer. I found the Ripley to be very playful and a far better bike than my skill level. How would you compare the two?
