Started eating raw just fruit and vegetables for the first 5 years, never felt better, now for the last 9 I have been 98% raw eating small portions of fish/ steak here and there. I have never regained the 30 pounds I lost, the high blood pressure, gingivitis and other ailments. I am working my way back towards 100%. Now 53 years of age.

The sleep part is so true. Sleep is used to heal and detoxify. The less toxic you are the less you need sleep. The first thing I noticed after going raw was that I sleep on average 4 hours a night. I wake up before the sun every day now with energy like crazy.

Just finished the entire interview and all I have to say is wow! And it’s crazy he thinks his third eye isn’t opened yet when he’s receptive to so many high vibrational forms of knowledge! That chakra is responsible for psychic ability so I can see what he’s saying because I’ve experienced such extents of my own abilities that I’ve enhanced through meditation! This interview was one for the books and I will be downloading every book he’s mentioned for sure. Our dimensions are for sure normalizing deeper conversations like this, this is our destiny! Giving thanks for a wonderful interview. I had never heard of Bryan before this and I am grateful for your video. Everything he says resonates with me and where I am on my journey, from food to spirituality. People like Bryan is why I spend more time finding great channels to watch because this is my tribe and community. It is very difficult to find genuine connections with people who are still attached to the old paradigms and have no conscious awareness. I have been raw, mainly fruit for about 1 1/2 years now. It really wasn't a decision to go raw, but felt intuitive and something I remember from a past life. I am also an athlete and played soccer for over 40 years, weight train and mountain bike and hike. Recently stopped playing soccer and started a yoga practice which I feel is more beneficial at my age of 49. I feel great feel like it is part of my purpose to spread this gnosis to those with ears to listen. I did hear Bryan mention the 6000 year Babylon rule in the interview. If you know what he is talking about you will realize that these are the Canaanites and their matrix system of control is ending which is part of this great awakening. You will see throughout this year that there are going to be a lot of changes happening, not only the dismantling of the systems that have kept us enslaved but also Mother Gaia is waking up and you will see this with weather and earthquakes etc. There is energy coming into our planet that will help with our ascension process and give us upgrades to DNA etc. It is an amazing time to be alive and be part of the light workers who help raise the frequency and unity consciousness on this planet. Blessings to all my brother and sisters who are here helping in their own unique way. Thanks Gillian for everything you do to bring awareness to all of us.

He mentioned many things I have learned about and hear few people who have the range of learning that he has. Hope you have him back, too. He barely scratched the surface on many topics. Gillian, I sure enjoy your interviews and the caliber of people you interview these days.

Bryan, hi. You(yes, with capital Y) are a living legend, a game-changer and a right-now-life-changer. You deserve a monument erected while being alive for Your sincere and easy to understand videos and interviews. Thanks brother wrestler from a high-fruit-raw-vegan and former grappler. Wish I knew fruitarians like you when I was 20 y.o., wish I met people like you when I was competing - it would saved me many sports injuries at that moment. Live long, eat raw and let Your dreams come true. Thank you, Gillian, for this impressive guest.

Thankyou Gillian for having Bryan on your channel. I learned so much from this amazing interview. You and Bryan are next level. Gillian also interviewed Orvel Douglas recently. He has been 100% Fruitarian for 11 years. I hadn't heard of Orvel until I watched that interview. His message inspired me to join his 30 day Fruit Feast Challenge on Facebook in November 2023. I did the whole 30 days without cheating, eating fruit only and drinking only distilled water. When any cravings came up (I was heavily addicted to savory food and processed sugar) I would tap on my chest or forehead and say I let go all my reasons for craving the poison - chips or whatever it was. I would keep tapping until the feeling was gone and I could replace the chips with a positive image. I lost 8 kilos/17.6 pounds. Everyone had to post in every day. I learned a lot from Orvel and the other 600+ members of our group, Orvel runs the private fb FFC every second month. Orvel is very upfront and to the point lol. He's been running this group for 7 years. In my opinion both Gillian and Bryan are Higher Consciousness Beings from our future sent to help us Reawaken and remind us who we really are. We are Soul Energy Beings, here to release the past and Ascend in our bodies, the reason why we need to eat clean and release trauma when it appears. Our vibration is LOVE. The rest of it is FEAR and BELIEFS. 🙏

This interview is putting a smile on my face. It’s so nice to listen to him ☺️ I’m on a raw vegan diet and fruits are definitely a staple in my diet which I appreciate and eat mindfully and gratefully. ☺️ I used to have diabetes type 2 - gone. Severe depression and BPD - gone. Overweight - gone. I am now 32 and I am still on a path towards feeling the best I can in my life. As for marine phytoplankton I love including it in my green juices and smoothies. I am big on spirulina and chlorella. 🌱 🥑 🥗 🍉 🍎 🍌
